Rabbit Air is the best and I’ve tried the rest.
They called to make sure I had ordered the correct replacement filter. I was pleasantly surprised that they wanted to make sure I received the correct filter. The women that called was very kind - unfortunately I forgot her name. Oh yeah and I LOVE my Rabbit Air ! We have a lot of smoke and the Rabbit Air really works. Gets rid of smells. Very easy to use. I’ve had mine for 4 years, no complaints.

ORIGINAL OEM FILTERS ARE THE BEST !!!!!
I've had my Air Purifier for about 3 years, I Run 24/7 I have Pets and Allergies. I've used the aftermarket kind for 1/2 the price and realized it was Horrible! These are the BEST, and well worth the $.. performance, quality, and longevity. if you use an Air Purifier like I need to, you'll understand, and notice the difference between the OEM and anything else!! Trust me!!

Great filters, design could be improved to be eco-friendly
I've been using Rabbit Air filters for a few years now, and they make a noticeable, impressive difference in the air quality in my 120-yr-old house near a busy road. Much appreciated!!! Cons: $$$ very expensive. Do they have to be? I have no idea. Carbon filter design is not eco-friendly! Since the unit has to remain dry anyway, why not make the carbon filter frame from pressed cellulose; the netting from cellulose or other plant fiber? I would gladly recycle the charcoal into my garden when I switch filters, but it takes hours to peel away bits of netting so the charcoal pellets can fall out. If Rabbit Air reads these reviews, thank you for improving indoor air quality, & PLEASE REDESIGN CARBON FILTER so your customers aren't committing a crime against the planet when it's time to replace the filter.

Air purifier Almost silent, does an excellent job for how we use it; filters very easy to change out
This Rabbit Air replacement filter set was extremely easy to install .... expensive, like the machine itself, but easy to install. In fact, my “square” (squar-ish) Rabbit Air air purifier is outstanding and I’m planning to get another someday to go with the three RA’s I already own (the square one and two of the original vertical ones.) I’ve owned air purifiers for over 30 years - different air purifiers by different manufacturers, some with fans, some not - and this is the quietest one I’ve ever owned that contains a fan. It seemed huge and conspicuous when it first arrived, but we set it up and quickly forgot about it. It’s completely silent most of the time, and it makes a huge difference in terms of air quality — right now we are using the germ defense filter. I like the square shaped Rabbit Air much better than the original one — it’s not as awkward to move around, it’s lightweight, easy and almost effortless to change filters. Also, I never hear it; I do occasionally hear when our “original style” one kicks on though it’s still very quiet.

Only one that works properly
Expensive but I need it. I run my machine constantly, never on auto. So I have to change mine more frequently than recommended.

Outstanding company and products
More a review of Rabbit Air than this specific filter. I own two Rabbit Air room-sized air purifiers, purchased at doctor's suggestion due to extreme allergies which were making me miss work. I ordered the wrong filter (this one) by accident. The company contacted me, asking for a picture of the one I needed filters for, explained my error, and sent the proper filter. Turns out they keep a database of customers and purchases. This is stellar customer service. And their filters and purifiers work well!

Expensive but needed
The price of this filter kit is high, but installs very easily. I saw a big difference in color between my previously used filter (green) and the replacement one (black), a strong indication that I need to replace the filter more often. The unit's instructions, which are very well written, state filter replacement should be performed every 18 months. I typically extend that timeframe longer due to the price of the filter kit, and the unit still works well. I replaced the kit at three years this time around, which is too long. The most I'll wait going forward is a two years in between each filter kit replacement.

So quiet. Original filter lasted much longer than initially suggested so didn’t even mind paying the relatively high cost for this replacement filter. Not sure how much the charcoal filter actually does but our air always smells nice. Follow vacuuming instructions and it will clean your Toronto apartment air for 8-12 months easy in my opinion. Really appreciate how the purifier is as quiet as a rabbit and ionizes the air keeping my family healthier and happier.

Arrived on time, no damage. This air purifier is 1 year old and has run continuously during that time with no issues. The filters are rated for 12-18 months and may seem expensive to purchase but, mine is regularly cleaned ( 3 months ) and will last the 18 months = good value per month. This machine/filter picks up considerable fine dust etc and makes a difference in air quality.
