Strong like bull
Love my kettlebell and love these charts! Very complete and clear. Glad to have such a great reference, keeps you from doing the same few over and over. Nice buy!

perfect for quick reference
shows up lamanated and nice - suggesting to flatten out when you get it roll in oposite direction and re-secure with rubber bands, keep it that way for 24 hrs and it will be nice enough to hang next day. its everything u would expect looking at the info.

Love it perfect guide
This is an amazing guide. As a beginner this offers a great challenge. I can do only do ever other day. However, I can see my muscles peeking out, and my jiggle doesn’t jiggle so much! Love it!

like any poster arriving in a tube having to wait 24 hours to flatten them adds either to the excitement or frustration (depending on your world view), but the posters are worth the wait. Easy to stick to the walls with adhesive tape, well organized and structured display instructions.

Ordered these with a kettlebell to try and kickstart a new weights based fitness routine and they are brilliant! Really useful to have these on the wall to refer to when performing the exercises and having them sectioned into the different areas of the body that are working out so I can work out all the different muscles in my body!

They are easier to read while on a wall than the stock pictures show them to be. They are nicely laminated so you can write on them with an erasable pen if you want too.
