An excellent introduction for young readers
This is an excellently written, colourful and well-illustrated 32-page booklet that takes a selection of amphibians (frogs, newts, salamanders, toads, etc.) and explains how they are classified by scientists; and how and why they are related (the various amphibians that is - not the scientists, who are usually mammals). The book is aimed at aimed at a young reader, but adults can read it and still learn something. Each page has a large colourful photograph with short piece of descriptive text and a caption, printed in a large easy-to-read font.
