Ever After High First Chapter Briar Beauty Doll

I. Love. This. Doll. Her head is bigger then in the pic, but this doll is awesome. My only 2 complaints are that the head is bigger in like then in the pic. I don't mind. My 2nd complaint is that they put a plastic tie in the BACK of the head so you have to ask for help to not cut her hair. Other then that, she is perfect. I love her curved hair with the pink. The neckless/sholder can be removed. I love her shoes. The sunglasses are pretty. I like the hand bag. LOVE the key. Her face is awesome. So pretty. This EAH Doll is perfect. Briar is a must-have doll.

Very similar to Mattel's Monster High line, with a few variations, but overall the same quality. Most notable differences are the rounder heads, plus that fact they are fairy tale based characters and not monsters. The outfit, accessories, and dolls themselves are very well detailed, right down to their adorable shoes. This is a great doll for both playing and collecting.

Briar Beauty is the daughter of Sleeping Beauty and cousin of Rosabella's Beauty. Briar is the "it" girl that everyone wants to be friends with. But Apple White, Blondie Lockes , and Rosabella's Beauty has a special place in her friendship! Briar has pink Crown glasses and a rose bun. Her hair is chestnut brown with hot pink highlights. Briar has pink makeup with pink lipstick. She has silver rose earrings and a black and pink necklace. Her necklace has roses on her shoulders and jewels on her chest. Her top is hot pink with black thorns. Her skirt is hot pink with black roses and thorns along with black ruffles. She has gray tights with black thorns on them. Her shoes are hot pink with roses and thorns. Her jewelry is a black bracelet with a pink rose and her ring is a pink rose as well. These dolls are gorgeous almost better then Barbies. I purchesed 4 Briar Beauty, Apple White, Madaline Hatter and Raven Queen. I love the fact the every doll comes with a story about themselves. My daughter loved them and all her barbies are forgotten for now. Very unique and beautiful. Highly recommend.

We have received the rereleased doll. That was not indicated on the photos during the purchase on amazon site. I think, the seller should provide the correct information about the product he/she sells. Besides, the tights have a hole right on the knee and the paint on doll’s lips is partly removed. By the way, the authentic Briar doll, bought in 2014, cost just 10USD (with ring, earrings and beautiful tights). And this very rereleased doll had a higher price 13.22USD.

This doll os absolutely gorgeous! I got her for my daughters magickal 11th birthday! My only complaint is that the dolls hair was flat, matted, & dull at the bottom and not beautiful, shiny & curled like the ones you'd buy from the store. Hence the 4 stars. I'm not sure why her hair was like this as I've seen other reviewers post pictures of the ones they received and the hair looked perfect. Perhaps it was just a one time thing. Good thing is my daughter didn't mind. She was in awe of her beauty! This doll really is quite special! Her facial features are so well done & she is dressed to the nines!! The amount of details and quality that went into this doll really is something to be appreciated! Especially at the price point they can affor to offer her for. I have worked in the fashion industry and I know how those details add up. They don't skimp on anything with these dolls that's for sure. Except for ours hair lol. As a child/young adult, I played with dolls & barbies until I was probably 15 and oh how I wish we had barbies of this caliper in my time! (70/80's) I'm not knocking the retro dolls because they are fabulous in their own right but these Ever After High dolls are really something else. Never have I seen dolls with such beautiful details and with so many accessories for such a great price! They put the regular barbies to shame. (Shh! Don't tell Barbie I said that!) I would highly recommend this doll to friends. However, I would have to warn them of the hair and let them make their own decision as wether to purchase in store or through Amazon.

It was easy to rate these 5 stars after I saw the look on our granddaughters' faces when they opened their gift. I was surprised at the excellent quality of the dolls. The selection was great too. Local stores had very little in the way of selections. When birthdays come around, I will add to their collection and know the girls will really appreciate the dolls.

She is the real deal! I assumed she would be a rerelease and be missing accessories and paint, but she is from he first wave! All her parts fit properly and don't fall off, her hair looked great when she arrived, and her face doesn't have any imperfections paint wise. She even came with her pink brush and stand from back when they were colored according to character- now they're either gold or silver. I couldn't be happier to be adding this doll to my collection! I will definitely be buying from this seller again.

La muñeca llegó perfectamente y a un precio mucho más asequible que en tiendas, se agradecen los descuentos de la web pues se facilita que la colección vaya aumentando. En general Briar es una muñeca muy bonita, con muchísimos detalles y una calidad excelente en el material y el vestuario, destacaría únicamente el pelo alborotado que trae (al menos la mia) que necesitará un alisado y posterior rizado. Espero que Amazón siga ofreciendo a las nuevas muñecas que ya salieron en EEUU (Cerise, Blondie, Cupid, etc) a un precio tan competitivo como el de Briar (18,16 €)

Die Puppe wurde rasch geliefert und sie entspricht der Abbildung, wirklich sehr schön und gefällt auch meiner Tochter sehr gut.

ブリスターパックに入ったドールなので、髪型などは自分で工夫して整えないと見本の写真通りにはなりませんが、メイクもドレスも小物もよく出来ていいました。細身なのでデザインにもよりますが1/6サイズのピュアニーモMや27センチジェニーサイズの服が着れそう。 パッケージも素敵なのでそのまま飾っても素敵です。

I've actually purchased a few Briar Beauty dolls over the last couple of years as gifts for Ever After High mad nieces and I recently purchased another in January this year for my own daughter. The first doll that arrived was one of the new style dolls which is not what I wanted and also she came in a Russian language box and had a Russian diary and so I had to get a replacement which thankfully came in English and was also the older style doll that I originally wanted for my daughter. I think it's worth mentioning that Mattel has recently 're-vamped' the older dolls and so there are two versions floating around at the moment and so if you are bothered about which version you receive it may be worth contacting the relevant seller by clicking on their name and then the contact link for them to ask which version they have. There are a few notable differences between the newer version dolls and the older ones which are namely: Old version Briar has thorn design tights and new version has black net tights. Old version Briar comes with a rose bracelet and the new version does not have a bracelet. Old version Briar comes with silver earrings and the new version does not have any earrings. Old version Briar comes with a rose ring and the new version does not have a ring. Old version Briar has black detailing on her necklace/shoulder piece and the new version necklace/shoulder piece is all pink. Old version Briar comes with her hair designed in a side knot design and the new version's hair appears a little shorter with no hair design. I can confirm that both Briar's dresses are the same, their sunglasses are the same, their shoes are the same, their hairbrushes are the same and their bags are the same. It just appears that the new version does not have as much detail as the older version. I have attached a photo showing the two versions alongside each other and so hopefully you will be able to see the box and doll differences. Briar Beauty is the daughter of Sleeping Beauty and she is a Royal rather than a Rebel although she is not looking forward to her future long sleep and so tends to try to live for the moment with as much adrenaline boosting activity as possible. Briar does believe in her destiny but also was the one responsible for throwing the storybook of legends down a well at one point too and so she is clearly conflicted. Briar is friends with Apple White and is also cousins with Rosabella Beauty. Briar stands at approx 27cm high not including her hair bunch or her heels. The old version Briar comes with her sunglasses, rose earrings, necklace/shoulder piece, rose bracelet, rose ring, bag, shoes and the usual doll stand and hair brush. She wears a pink and black dress which has rose and thorn designs on it along with black lace detailing. She wears thorn design tights and has pink shoes which have rose and thorn detailing on them too. Her clothes, shoes and accessories are removable if wished and as usual the doll is fully poseable with movement on her head, arms, elbows, wrists, knees and hips. As this is one of the older style dolls she does come with a complete diary unlike the newer recent dolls which seem to have been scrimped a little on and so she is a really fantastic doll. I love Briar's rose bracelet and rose and thorn shoes. This is yet another beautifully designed and well made Ever After High doll which is also a good likeness to Briar's character from the webisodes and is one of many favourite dolls in my home. Both the old version and new version actual dolls look the same and so it appears to just be the accessories and outfit that are slightly different.
