This vest is s comfortable fit & helpful to strengthen your body and bones. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I really like this. It took a bit to get used to with the weight but once I did I walk with this on all the time plus I have increased my distance. I can walk tall and hold my core in and that is what I wanted.

This is a great vest. Working my way up to more weight but very comfortable and easy to use. Plus makes a difference cause I’m sweaty 🥵 after walking with it 😊. Definitely recommend.

This vest can be easily worn, adjustable to body size, and fits a slim person. Has enough exposed areas for ventilation.

I will start off by saying that this does not have a petroleum smell like so many of the reviews for other vests mention. It just smells new. It’s pretty comfortable. The straps across the chest don’t bother me. I am a 38B/C, so might be a different story for someone who is bigger in the chest. It’s not too tight under my armpits. The pocket on the back is too small to hold my iphone 16 pro max, which is a bummer, but not a deal breaker. Overall, I love it!

Item seems to be of high quality. The 2 straps keep the vest on snug. But the company sent me the wrong weight for the vest. I wanted a 12lb. But they sent an 8lb :(

This has adjustable straps and works great. It feels very light at first but once you wear it for an extended period you realize that little bit of weight makes a difference. I wear it on walks and even around the house.

This has not leaked on me at all (at least not yet). Did not smell either. Weight is what dr recommended for my osteoporosis and I hope it will. My next screening will tell me

This was really good value for money in comparison to other ones on the market. It’s easy to use but for some reason my hubby put it on back to front and couldn’t understand why it didn’t fit!!! It’s excellent for walking/running and provides more weight than you think. It really makes a difference to workouts. Would definitely recommend.

I like the fit of the vest and how discreet it is. However the quality was ok. From the moment I received it, there was a small broken seam and sand was slowly leaking from it. However it is fixable. There is also a strong chemical smell noticeable when wearing.

Had since May and it’s been a game changer on my walks.100% recommend. Great quality and very comfortable. If your into walking and want to elevate your walks you won’t regret it.

Love this vest. They recommend about 10% of your body weight, but would prefer if I could add and take away some weight. But overall, great best.
