No green light after battery and cartridge replacement. Can someone help please?

I’ve had the same problem with two replacement cartridges and batteries. Have been replacing based on time since the lights don’t seem to work.

Does the filter look different when used? After more than 1 year mine is still white and no lights blinking

Then you are lucky, you must have really good water. We have been using WaterChef under the sink filter for years now, and every time the red light blinking & we change the filter, it is a greyish color. You can definitely see the residue on it.

The yellow and red lights flash a few times then go off. No green light. I'm replacing the filter. What does this mean?

That happens to me as well. When replacing the filter make sure you replace the battery that comes with it. For me after about six months I start seeing the red light flash again
