My kids love this trampoline. I have little kids, so climbing in and out of a raised trampoline is a challenge and a safety concern for me. That led me to look at in-ground trampolines. They are incredibly expensive. This unit is only a few inches off the ground (so basically flat) and FAR cheaper than any in-ground model I could find. Also, because it's raised a bit, air can escape through the sides, which means I didn't have to dig as deep of a hole as the flat models. This was a great investment for my backyard. Highly recommend.

I bought this trampoline back in 2020. MY KIDS LOVE IT! Great quality, and was ok paying a premium because I thought I was dealing with a huge company should anything go wrong it would be easy to get spare parts or support. The safety net ripped the fall of 2021. I began looking for a replacement net in the spring of 2022, and I still haven't found one! There is one main source for BERG in the United States, and I was lucky enough to find the contact for them. I've been told I was put on a waiting list, but to date have heard nothing! I followed up over 6 months later, and there is still no timeline on when or if they will ever receive the replacement safety nets. However, they still are receiving, selling, and shipping trampolines and complete safety net packages all over the world. Seems like a simple customer support issue that should be resolved quickly because it pertains to the safety of the product. Instead they advise you to just buy a new complete net and pole kit. It's EXTREMELY frustrating!

What a great purchase especially for these times. I recommend slipping the walls at more of an angle for the required dig. Our hole seems very large compared to the actual jumping deflection. The directions say 9’round but I believe 7’ is acceptable and 30” deep but at the center not the whole diameter. Your kiddos will literally bounce for hours. Ps their bodies will be sore until they get use to using different muscles.

Took some time to dig a 30" hole for the trampoline. Dug a little deeper (about 36") to add some gravel to help with drainage. Took about an hour to assemble after I donated digging. Very happy with the purchase. Mat is very springy and net is sturdy. Love how the mat sits about 6" above the ground.
