Garnier SkinActive 24H Moisture Cream with Rose Water and Hyaluronic Acid is an amazing value, plus it feels and smells heavenly. I'm in my 50s and often in need of a little moisture and skin plumbing. Yet my skin still tends to be oily and prone to breakouts, so water creams (non-oil and non-cream-based) are a life-saver for me. It's lightweight, feels cool, soothing, and silky, and glides on easily so a dime-sized blob is enough for my face, neck, and chest. I use retinol serum at night and a copper peptides serum and sunscreen during the day, plus niacinamide and hyaluronic acid serums, so I use this only for moisturizing as needed. There are other water-based creams of similar price and quality, but I'm addicted to this stuff because of how lovely and silky it feels and also because of the light, delicate, faintly-herbal rose water scent. It doesn't smack you upside the head screaming ROSES like so many other rose water products do. Nor does it smell cloyingly sweet. It just delivers the skin-friendly benefits of rosewater (for toning and tightening) with just a hint of roses that I could inhale all day, and I'm usually a lavender kinda gal. Also, Garnier doesn't test on animals which is nice.

Let me start off by saying this moisturizer smells AMAZING. It's fresh, floral, and not overbearing. I have used a water-based moisturizer before and it left me feeling greasy and nasty. I was hesitant to try this product but I love Garnier's hair products so I took a chance. AND I'M SO GLAD I DID! Less is more, y'all. I'm used to using at least 2 pumps of lotion and maybe more sense my face is combination oily/dry. For this moisturizer I use between a pump and a pump and a half. If you use too much, it WILL look greasy, but not really feel like it. I dab on my forehead, cheeks, and nose, then I rub it in on my entire face and neck. Y'all. My face feels and looks amazing. It looks shiny, but it's more of a healthy glow. I've used this product for 3 weeks now and I can't ever think I'll switch unless this product disappears. It feels light and for the first time in my life I feel like I can slather foundation on my skin and not have flakiness. THAT is an amazing feat for someone with skin like me.

I love the scent, the pretty color and the way is feels when you put it on your face. It's a very light scent, not too strong. But it doesn't work for me as an all day moisturizer, perhaps because my skin is older. My face feels dry an hour after using this. I used it for a month then went back to my old moisturizer in the mornings. It does work really well as a "refresher" to add some extra moisture during the day, for that it's perfect. It's very lightweight and pleasant to use.

Bought for a friend because it's the only product she loves that works for her.

I have struggled to find an affordable moisturizer for my combination skin for years! Usually it just doesn't absorb well and leaves my face looking oily and I have to dab off with a paper towel. This stuff is total opposite! It soaked in within minutes and my face is so baby soft. I usually don't like anything with rose scent because it's so strong and I was nervous about that scent on my face. However it was a very light scent and it doesn't linger. I just hope they keep this around and do not discontinue like my last favorite moisturizer.

This moisturizing cream is fantastic. I don't know what it is, but my skin feels really wonderful and looks better. I feel it when I touch my face right after using, and also the next morning. I'm not sure what it is, if it's this or the RoC Daily Resurfacing Facial Disks I got at the same time. (I'll also review those) I'm using these two new products together, and my skin is softer and brighter. There is a scent to this, but it's very light and really pleasant. I say that as someone who's extremely sensitive to scent. In fact, I had to return the Neutrogena Triple Age Repair Anti-Aging Face Moisturizer (full name-with SPF 25 Sunscreen & Vitamin C, Dark Spot Remover & Firming Face & Neck Cream with Glycerin & Shea Butter) because it was sooo scented, and that scent just didn't fade. I was inundated with it for hours. Finally washed it off. I really don't care how well a moisturizer works if I can't stomach the scent. This Garnier moisturizer goes on light and smooth. It sinks in well. It does not feel sticky. It is not oily. It moisturizes beautifully. You don't need tons of it, use sparingly so the jar will last a long time. You can use it daily. Try it and do double-takes when you pass a mirror.

Seal was broken??! They discontinued the old pink garnier fruit water moisturizer for dry skin so I had to try this one since they don't sell it anymore. MUCH more expensive than the old one so that kinda sucks. But my skin feels soft and moisturized after using especially this winter time and I haven't broke out yet. I still prefer the old one but this will do. The scent isn't too strong also.

I love this moisturizer, so of course it appears it's been discontinued. I love the rose scent and it leaves my skin moisturized and soft. Love it.

I have really sensitive skin and there is not much I can use. This cream is so smooth and leaves my face hydrated and moisturized.
