Rich flavor, not very sour
The tin is actually bigger than I expected! It is definitely still a bit expensive for the amount of candy you get, but I was honestly expecting this to be about the size of icebreakers mints or chewing tobacco. It's actually quite a bit bigger, so that was a pleasant surprise! I'm probably going to hang onto the tin after I finish the candy to reuse. Craft storage, perhaps? The flavor is really rich and pleasant. As a person who likes very sour candy, I wouldn't categorize this as sour at all, personally. I would maybe call this "Tart Cherry" instead. But it's still a delicious taste, sort of a mix of tart red and deep black cherry flavors. They last quite a while if you don't chew on them. If you do chew, they are fairly firm, so they break into nice pieces. I'm usually a biter, but I like the taste of these so much that I usually make myself wait it out. I'll definitely order these again, but I'm trying to eat them sparingly to make them last. And I'm interested in trying their other flavors after seeing the quality of these.

Love cherries!
Great cherry flavor! Every time I have one, I think to myself...these won't be as good as I remember. And every time, I am wrong. Always delightful, packed with cherry flavor. And always leave me thinking...these are the best cherry hard candies ever!

Not super sour but so what?
Are these super sour? Like many whining reviews have said, they are not. They are only a little sour. If you want your mouth to be twisted into a rictus by the sour, then this is not your treat. If you want a truly tasty treat that is well made and well packaged and don't mind spending a bit more for quality, these are for you. My only complaint is that the packaging is too good. It seems a waste of materials to package these in metal tins. OTOH, if you have a use for the tins, so much the better.

Yummmmm
I love sour candy, I’ve tried the other flavors of Cavendish and Harvey, my favorite hands-down is cherry. I’ve tried lemon and orange.

Very disappointed
Terrible tasting, tastes like medicine. So disappointed. I like the taste of sour cherry, but these drops taste more like medicine than candy. And they are expensive and NOT eligible for return. Dissatisfied.

NOT AS TART CHERRY AS THEY HAVE BEEN GOING BACK 2 YEARS OF PURCHASING - VERY SAD... LEMON HAS SAME PROBLEM
