I bought three over the course of a few weeks - one of them was DOA, had to be returned. After a month of use in a warehouse environment, the trigger broke one the first one we had deployed. I repaired this by soldering in a new momentary switch. A week later, another the second one broke, same trigger switch issue. Now, a week after that, the first one broke again, this time it would not hold a charge.I am giving it a three star review because we are using these in a demanding environment and I am sure the users are not treating them particularly gently.I expect they should be fine for low volume / occasional use.

Unit scans quickly and is easy to use. It holds a charge well and has yet to drop connection with whatever device we pair it to. Slightly cheap-feeling plastic construction, but works well overall.

The product is awesome some times I did feel that the range is not much. I am not sure if its the Scanner or my computer.

Just plug it in, wait until the drivers load and get to work.It takes a little time to find the sweet spot for returns, but once there it handles all sorts of dodgy bar codes. Haven't seen how well it deals with coffee stains or crappy printers yet, but I'm optimistic.

Very easy to use but I couldn't set it up. That was a phone call to a third party tech person that downloaded the installation manual and walked me through it.

Greatest thing ever for scanning servers into asset list. Dell engineer turned me on to this and now I can scan all my systems in 10 minutes.

Got this for my Raspberry Pi and was pleased to find that it worked on Raspbian. Also works on Windows 10 and MacOS Sierra 10.12. Has read every barcode that I have needed it to so far, great for the price.

Paired this with my cell phone and an app, warehouse made easier with my hands no free! Had to redo a few barcodes but all in all it works great!
