My resistance bands arrived right on time, and I tried them out for the first time today. They’re a great addition to my home gym setup. The bands feel sturdy, well-made, and easy to use during workouts. I got these after getting a different brand at the thrift store and those ones started developing cracks. I'm kinda torn. So these ones are nice. I like the weight labels. I wish both sides said but even one side is nice. I feel like they're a bit long and thin. But in defence, it's just that the only free spot by a door I have still isn't a whole lot of space. But I make it work I enjoy that it came with two ankle straps. The other one came with 1. I don't care for the tiny carabiner clips they use, it feels kinda cheap. Besides that they feel sturdy and strong and they're great for what I want them for. The price was great and I'd easily recommend this set.

For someone just starting out I don't want to invest a ton in equipment yet. So this seemed like a good deal. The bands themselves seem much smaller than what they seem to be in pictures, so a little worried about longevity. But that's also a problem I usually have. The rest of the items seem sturdy. I like that it has a poster with different things you can do with them and a storage bag! Will try to update on the longevity of the bands themselves after I've used them a while!

Works for me I'm a older person I can't lift dead weight so it perfect for my needs

Way better than expected. At home and on the go. Feels higher quality than any other bands I've ever had and they kinda look cool. I feel like the "weight" or "resistance" value ( i.e. 45lb) is relatively decent.

Wish there was a couple higher bands so I could vary it up a bit but it’s a nice compact bag of workout stuff I can use in my office or on the go. Pictures are useful and the material seems like the current available stuff you’d find in a rehab facility which is nice

These are not coobons they are a knock offs and they did not come with hooks I had to purchase separately.

After the 10th usage the 22.8kg rope broke( but there is 60days money refund warranty. I still wanted to keep the product because the handles and door anchor are very high quality.
