Telescopic Window Pole Rod Opener Designed to be Compatible with Velux Skylight Roof Windows and Blinds, Pole to open Velux Windows (1.6m-3.0m)

I bought this pole a year ago, and up until a few days ago, it worked brilliantly. Unfortunately, the hook broke the last time I used it. I contacted the company and sent them an email explaining the issue, and they replaced the head without any hassle. It arrived just two days later. There are a couple of things worth noting: firstly, they've addressed the problem, as the new head is noticeably stronger, and secondly, their customer service is top-notch—they sorted out the replacement quickly and made sure I was happy. I don't expect the newly designed head to break easily, as the hook seems much improved. I recommend this product and the brand!

Product does it’s intended job so can’t know that. Don’t know if it will last as feels a little flimsy on the hook but maybe it will be fine. I won’t knock it as it’s not broken yet and may never break. Think it’s expensive for what it is but people will always charge over the odds for little necessities. If it lasts then absolutely great and will be 5 stars, if not then it’ll be one star. Let’s see👍👍👍

Sturdy & easy to use. I bought this to replace one, bought elsewhere, which broke. This one is much better, stronger and well priced. Delivered very quickly.

My fault entirely, just should have bought the proper one fromVELUX , only a tenner more. Opened it up and it felt and looked cheap, went to the newly installed velux to try and the handle fell off on the first go. Same old poor product sold on Amazon as usual. I’m just not bothering with this crap anymore .

Used twice and snapped at the second time, for the price paid it's a completely rip off. I had to securely close the window with a clothes pole for 2 quid in B & M that even if flimsier than this one, it did the job. If I could I will put 0 stars

Very good , it’s is now nice and easy to open the windows in the roof and easy to close them again .

Arrived on time and delivery driver more or less followed delivery instruction about where to leave it if I was out. At least it was delivered safely and waiting for me on my return. The pole is standard - very little assembly required. My only comment is the plastic hook is something of a snug fit on the handle of my velux window which is great when opening, however, it does make it a little harder to disengage from the window handle once it is open and I have whacked the wall a few times as a result, so I am hoping both the wall and the pole survive. Otherwise this seems to be a good product and fair price for the quality.

Die Stange ist perfekt! Stabil, auch noch wenn ausgefahren. Auch ein schwergängiges Fenster packt der locker. Und das Rollo schiebt er ohne Probleme mit der Nase. Auch die Abwinkelung ist genial. Und die Längenverstellung geht einfach und stabil. Das Teil ist hundertmal besser, als das Velux Original und zwar in allen Punkten. Denn das funktioniert nicht und rutscht immer ab. Toll und sehr empfehlenswert!
