Telescopic Window Pole Rod Opener Designed to be Compatible with Velux Skylight Roof Windows and Blinds, Pole to open Velux Windows (1.6m-3.0m)

It does the job.

I bought this pole a year ago, and up until a few days ago, it worked brilliantly. Unfortunately, the hook broke the last time I used it. I contacted the company and sent them an email explaining the issue, and they replaced the head without any hassle. It arrived just two days later. There are a couple of things worth noting: firstly, they've addressed the problem, as the new head is noticeably stronger, and secondly, their customer service is top-notch—they sorted out the replacement quickly and made sure I was happy. I don't expect the newly designed head to break easily, as the hook seems much improved. I recommend this product and the brand!

Product does it’s intended job so can’t know that. Don’t know if it will last as feels a little flimsy on the hook but maybe it will be fine. I won’t knock it as it’s not broken yet and may never break. Think it’s expensive for what it is but people will always charge over the odds for little necessities. If it lasts then absolutely great and will be 5 stars, if not then it’ll be one star. Let’s see👍👍👍

Looks strong and sturdy but actually came apart at first pull of the pole as the plastic joins aren’t screwed or glued . Can adapt ,but disappointed

Was a useful tall until it broke, just over a year old, not impressed as it shouldn't break that quickly in my view

Arrived on time and well packed. Pole does the job perfectly. Very sturdy and easy to use

Does the job it was made for and easy to stow away.

Very sturdy, lightweight to handle, easily storable

Quality not great. Only used it a few times and then it broke.

Arrived swiftly. Exactly as described and does what I had hoped. A very good product.
