Good product but they need to assure the packaging is in tack!
The product is great but when I ordered two from Amazon, one can arrived without the plastic top anywhere for be seen! It was not in the box! The aluminum foil seal was fine and without damage but they should not have shipped it without the plastic!

excellent for seasoning cast iron
I use this to season my cast iron pans and it works very well for that. Can't comment on it as an ingredient
