The tool only works only with the following OnQ Jacks: WP3475 (Cat5e); WP3476 (Cat6) and WP346A (Cat6A). It uses their rail(?) to hold the jack while compressing.

will this punch tool work with panduit jacks?

Look anytime you gotta an issue like this all you gotta do is simply call the person who makes it. Customer service @legrand will set you strait. Lots of things are this way for instance an electrical device or a weird car part. If there’s a big company making it then there’s usually a easy solution that you can get on the phone. Cat 6 I a bigger gauge so it will “probably work “ I would never use cat 5 on a cat 6 keystone insert or RJ45.... I can tell you that much !

Yup. Just get the correct Le grand cat 5 keystone inserts and you good to go

What country is this manufactured in?

Most things now a days come from China or at least made from Chinese materials. Nobody else will work for 1$ an hr it’s just the way that it is…
