View photos of most accurate test available. I let it run for over 134 hrs as documented above.When inserted into device it does read what is stamped on micro chip. HOWEVER .....when you start to fill up the card with videos / music/ photos etc...It will actually appear to write a full 997gb of data.....BUT....only a few of the first items read fine ( only 29.1gb) and ALL the rest are corrupted. Ran this through a verify tool used by most and results confirmed this is NOT what it says it is..............ITEM looks NOTHING like picture and is made from generic black chip with very poor / small info stamped on card , Used the H2testw free tool used by many to verify my findings

After several attempts computer did finally access chip. wrote some items very slowly. after chip was removed from computer it was never recognized again. attempted to reformat chip but unsuccessful. I believe it may be a "fake" chip that misreads storage space. I missed return window. avoid at all cost.

Junk! Bought 2 hoping to use them in our new Gopros but won't format they are useless to me. The two didn't even match each other when they came in.

Well I am thrilled that it works, but I ordered 1024GB and received 512GB. Still not bad for the price. But..... not sure if I will order again. Thought Id let you guys know. Also, the USB adapter is 2.0
