The steel lifting pad on my jack is 5 inches in diameter will this fit?

I have a Pittsburgh jack with a 4.25 inch platform and it fits perfectly by slipping over pad. A 5 inch diameter lifting pad will be too big.

Would this work for a (Hyper Tough) 2 ton trolley jack ?

Probably not. It is made for bigger jack pads.(3 to 4 TON).
