I've been using the stuff for years, does a great job of increasing chlorine levels in the pool without throwing off any other levels. Great stuff, i'll continue to use.

This is the best chlorine I found it's way better than your local liquid chlorine sitting out in the sun for who knows how long. Keep in mind too much of this product will cause acid problems Google the ingredients

Update: We still love this, but this shipment arrived with about a cup of product all over inside the shipping box. Need to revisit how the container is sealed! Dint need replacement- just better containment. Opening the box, I know I inhaled a bit. Yuck! I don't like having to measure, but works so much better than the tablets and the pkgs were out of stock.

As I picked up the box off my porch, the overwhelming smell of chlorine took my breath away. I opened the box to see granulules all over the inside of the box. Before I could get it outside, it was spilling all over my floor and was airborne all over my kitchen. My dog unfortunately started licking the floor before I could get it all cleaned up. He became violently ill. Fortunately he only became ill and isn't deceased. I'm sending this package back, although it has to go to UPS in a sealed trash bag. I will never buy this product again and would not recommend it.
