Good product at a great price
The price is what attracted us to getting this item online vs paying $165 at the dealers. It came with easy to read instructions. We were able to upgrade our maps in a few minutes. It may not be the most current, but since we were not willing to pay the dealer's price, this works best for us. We have a 2007 Lexus and since we had not upgraded our system in 5 years, this worked great for us. We have used it for several trips in the last months, covering some 2000 plus miles with easy and confidence.

It’s a ripped DVD
The DVD update the navigation system with firmware and maps, and it worked for a short time. After a few weeks the system would shut down and wouldn’t be able to read the dvd. Now it’s unreliable and my navigation head unit will need to be replaced as the old original dvd isn’t compatible anymore. This is a fake rip off DVD. Should have known it was too good to be true.

Disk Fine; Installation a Litte Tricky
The disk was fine but installing it was not quite as effortless as portrayed on YouTube. Might be due to the age of the vehicle (2007), but the existing disk was a bit of a challenge to remove (finally used pliers to grab it) and it took some coaxing to get the new one installed. Works fine once all is said and done.

Not what you get
The picture clearly shows the version as 15.1. This is NOT the version you get. You will get version 14.1. The picture is misleading and not true.

Easy installation and update that the dealers charge $600 or more to do...
It amazes me the cost that Lexus wanted to buy and install this update! Dealer wanted $400 in labor costs to put the passengers seat in the most forward position, remove the plastic front cover on the GPS-DVD unit, press the eject button and remove the disc, insert the new disc and lock the eject button and replace the plastic cover. Took less than 15-20 minutes at most and immediately update itself. No strain, no pain! This disc which is about to be updated again shortly added features like next exit services to our system along with new or recent roads. Well worth the money without question. Was very pleased with the sellers (Bobadababy) quick feedback on installation question. Will update upon availability of the next disc issued.

Not Original OEM
This is not a New Genuine OEM disc. It is a burnt copy with hand written info. It works and it did save me money but I question if it is a copyright infringement.

copy of original DVD
This is NOT new. It is a poor copy of the original DVD, no doubt a copyright infringement. The poor quality of the copy is evident when you use it. Mine shows no streets in the whole state of PA! It works if you can locate a point of interest nearby your destination, but you cannot locate a destination by street address. However, it was either this, for $50, or go to the dealer for $170. Either way, you get ripped off.Update: MAY 2016: Seller contacted me about above review. He sent me another, newer version of the item (still a DVD burn, and not new). This one works well. His intervention was appreciated.

The best way to keep you onboard GPS update.
The DVD worked without any issue. The order was confirmed in a timely manner and it arrived earlier than promised. It took less the 2 minutes to install after reading the instructions in my owners manual. Sure beat buying it from the dealer at 4 times the price. Oh, but the dealer will give you a free car wash a cup of coffee while you wait for 45 minutes.
