Works ok, but gets hot after a short period of time.
The scope worked ok. Two main issues: 1-It got hot after a short period of time and 2-there was no way to focus the camera. I have small and deep ear canals and the scope wouldn't go in far enough for me.

Super fun, but more effective with a partner
It works great. It's so interesting to be able to see what's in there! My only problem is a user error. I find it difficult to maneuver because I'm watching it on the phone and working on myself. I think it would be much easier to work on someone else. I just can't get my directions correct!

Wont stay charged / fixed problen
Battery dies very quickly and wont stay charged. It's a pain because you have to stay corded update contact from company and they spoke with manufacturer and fixed battery issue. Also issued refund for update. Great customer service.

Easy to use and interesting to see what’s inside your ear
Great product and arrived earlier then expected! I was intimidated at first as I’ve never used a product like this but it was super easy to set up with the app. Didn’t take long to learn how to maneuver the camera to get a clear image. When you get the hang of it it’s fun to use and interesting to see what’s inside your ear. Comes with a couple different attachments and sizes for kids and adults. Overall an excellent product and would highly recommend!

Waste of money, bad focus, too hot
Was super excited to open it and try it out. This is honestly a waste of money it does not come into focus, the video is inverted so when using the tools up is down right is left and the tools themselves block most of the camera view everything is fuzzy no mater what you do changed resolution everything it will not come into focus will be returning the item. It also gets way to hot and burned inside my ear after only a few short minutes of use

Useful Device
Pretty much "Plug-and-Play." Unlike the usual otoscopes, this electronic device gives users the ability to see their ear drums, assess wax buildup and remove wax in the ear canal but not directly on the eardrum. Messing with the eardrum wax risks perforation -- use a solvent and water syringe. I don't know why they include "suction power" as an evaluation category. These are not vacuums as far as I know.
