使いやすいです。
数年前に購入してほぼ毎日使っていますが、大変使いやすいので、もう一本色違いで購入しました。炒め物や揚げ物、和え物、麺類にもとても重宝しています。あと、コンパクトに閉じて収納できるようなっているところや、置いたときに先端が下につかないように設計されているところも気に入っています。

Thin, lightweight, but functional
The thong is surprisingly thin and lightweight, as I am used to the German made ones which are usually sturdy, heavy, supposedly long lasting. The Japanese one is much lighter, and the silicone part is thin, I will see how long it will last. But in comparison with the European ones, Oaks is much functional. You can close the thongs for storage with only one hand, whereas most European ones you have to use both hands. Also it can stand on the countertop without the tip touching it, in order to keep it clean.

下につかずに置けるのは良いが
下につかずに置けるのは良かったです。麺はうまく掴めないのですが逆向きにすると引っかかって少し多く掴めます。閉じる機能は引き出し、カゴに入れる人は良いかも。バネがないのでいきなり大きく開いたりしません。

細目の麺、少量の麺はトングから抜け落ち使いにくいです思っていたほど使いやすくなくて少し残念
