It's OK, but doesn't really cover the heel in ...
It's OK, but doesn't really cover the heel in my opinion. I have a heel spur and PF. It does a decent job keeping the bottom of your foot iced, but not the heel and although it does wrap around the back and sides of your foot, there is no gel packs there to keep it cold, so the heel just doesn't get iced that well. I place an additional ice pack inside it that wraps around my heel and use this as more of a "place keeper" for it.

Wonderful product!
Works good for icing my heel. I have plantar fasciitis on one heel and use this ice pack most evenings. It stays cold for about 30 minutes, and holds the ice exactly where it needs to be.

FOR A LARGE FOOT
THIS PRODUCT IS PROBABLY FINE FOR SOMEONE WITH A LARGER FOOT, IT IS TOO LARGE AND LOOSE. IT WON'T STAY ON MY FOOT, SO I CANNOT GIVE AN ADEQUATE RATING. I WILL RETURN IT.

Cold therapy ice pack
My husband loves this for his Plantar Faciitis; easy to just slip on instead of having to wrap it around your foot.

Bought this for post-op major foot surgery, and combined it with Cold & Hot Therapy System Ice Pack Wrap by Battle Creek Equipment. PERFECT! Quality construction. Travels easy. I freeze them and they give just enough cold without the burn. If they wear out, I will happily purchase again.

Does not work well.
The quality of the sock is great as is the idea, the execution is very poor. The gel pad in the bottom is way to small and does not retain the cold long enough or very well at all. If the gel pack was 2 to 3 times bigger this would be a 5 star product instead of 2 stars and in all honesty I almost gave it 1 star because it does not keep your feet cold at all, barely 3-5 minutes. This product is very overpriced since it does not work and I would strongly not recommend it till they fix it.
