Hard to find 5 pin DIN to male RCA plugs
Wires are too small gauge. The connectors are ok, but the wire won't be durable. Handle with care.

Not Bad with Grounding
This thing works fine if you are trying to hook up a piece of Band & Olufsen equipment to a standard RCA input IF you know what to do: if your B&O device has 7 pins you will need to take out 2 of the removable pins from the male B&O plug. That will get you a connection but to remove the hum/buzz you need to connect the metal part of the male b&o connector to ground on your preamp or amp. It sounds quite good if you rig it up correctly, just think of the metal shield part as the ground wire on a typical turntable. Can't beat the price.

It’s like an antenna for your turntable!
Giving three stars because the product technically works, and I feel bad for returning it after a week. However, if you intend on using this adapter on a turntable like I did, beware. Despite its short length, this cable managed to introduce enough fuzz and static to make records nearly unlistenable. If this cable were to include some kind of ground lug and shielding, I’m sure it would perform fine. However, as is, I would avoid it for turntable applications.

Worked perfectly for my application. (Connecting a Bluetooth amplifier to a Quad 34 oversimplified with Din connectors.)

I couldn't find this cable anywhere locally and I needed this for my bang & olfsen sound overature 2 to attach a bluetooth receiver and it worked perfectly 👌

Works for both recording and playback.
I needed to bypass the existing output Jack's since they didn't work. The DIN adapter solved my problem.

Does not give true stereo separation due to improper pins being soldered.
Do not expect stereo separation with this cable because it is made wrong. I bought one and the ground is on the correct number two pin but the Left Right channels are soldered to pin 5 and pin 3 which is wrong. For my application anyway for grundig tube amplifier from early 60s left right channel wires have to be soldered to pin 1 and pin 4.
