Arrived cracked
I purchased this week's in advance for a gathering of friends and did not open the box until a few days before the event. I love the look and size but it was cracked and I was not able to return it because I did not open the box when I initially purchased it. Lesson learned.

Pleasing Ice Box
The first ice bucket arrived with a crack at the lip. No questions asked, the bucket was replaced very quickly.

Misleading size
The picture clearly shows 2 bottles with pleat room for once and more. Totally a lie. Barely room for one bottle with ice. Not worth it
