Wonderful design, loved it!
Very sleek design, loved it.The first one sent had a minor chip but was replaced immediately. Looks small but can accommodate 4.5 180 ml cups of teaLooking forward to my daily cuppa!

Good product but poor packaging
Product looks awesome..... It comes broken so I want to replace it....broken pieces were already in the pot which means product was deliverd even though it was broken

The Teapot received cracked after first use.
RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO ORDER THE PRODUCT FROM AMAZON. THE ONES SUPPLIED THRU AMAZON ARE OF INFERIOR QUALITY. THE SUPPLIER IS TRYING TO PASS-OFF INFERIOR PRODUCTS AS THE WINDOW FOR RETURN IS ONLY 15DAYS AND THERE'S A GOOD POSSIBILITY THAT DAYS WILL LAPSE BEFORE THE QUALITY ISSUE IS NOTICED.We had heard rave reviews about clay craft products and hence had ordered a teapot. The Teapot received was fine. And we waited for an occasion to use it... The Teapot cracked on its first use. We had to throw away the premium tea not knowing if particles of ceramic from the crack could have contaminated the brew. This proves that quality of the product received thru Amazon platform is pathetic.

Good looking, Small (not a 1000 ml pot), Base unstable but Finish is good.
Item was good looking, but the volume is definitely not 1000 ml. I returned the item as I wanted a kettle which could hold atleast 900 ml of tea, it certainly wasn't one, plus it's stand was not stable, it kept trembling when I took it out of the packaging and put on kitchen's flat slab. If it was stable enough, i would have kept it.
