Granddaughter loves this float. We started out with all 3 layers, now we only use 2. She is 4 years old. Wearing this on her back gives her more room to move her arms for swimming and playing. She took it with her on vacation this summer and her mom said she left it at the pool. When they came back to get it, someone had broken the buckle. I’m guessing they stepped on it?? Anyway, she bought an extra large dog collar and replaced the strap, because the granddaughter loves it so much. We take it off her some and she can swim short distances now, but while she plays she likes to have it on.

I’ve never seen my son so confident in the water. It took him a minute to get there but then he had a blast for hours in the pool. He is 47 lbs and this held him well.

This is probably the best item I've bought from Amazon. Got this for my Grandson who just turned 5 and is learning to swim. He absolutely loves it, it does not restrict his arm movements which vests and puddle jumpers do. So happy with this purchase!!!

We bought two of these, and the one we bought last year broke this year. Kind of hoped it would last at least two years. So sad it didn't. The strap literally broke in half when my daughter was in the pool with out a warning. This could have ended poorly. We are not buying this brand again. And I'm tossing my other one.

After I purchased for my grandson I took to swim lessons and realized too stiff and it slips down his body. I was 4 days past returns, so only used once. Don’t purchase this type. There are others that are flexible, stay put and mold to their body.

This is for kids already familiar with being in the water and keeping themselves upright in the water. They will float, but could end up with face in the water of left alone. Keep eyes on them and within a couple of steps away when I the water and nail they keep themselves upright. It’s simple, affordable and works great. It’s the same one they use in the YMCA for swim lessons. Gives the kids enough support, but freedom to use their arms.

This swim bubble has been fantastic. We have already removed a foam piece and my daughter is so confident swimming. Having the arms free to actually swim vs floating is a game changer! Definitely recommend..
