Fee Brothers Cranberry Bitters 4oz

These are delicious. I put a few drops in a gin and tonic, or a cosmo, or a cocktail I make with gin, lemon juice, cranberry juice and simple syrup. Let your imagination go wild! They are not super bitter, and they give a pale pink tint to whatever you are adding them to.

I add it to my Cosmo’s and Gin cocktails. Delicious!I also use it for mocktails: Tonic, cranberry bitters and a splash of cranberry juice - it tastes very similar to expensive Non-alcoholic Spritz mocktails.

I originally bought this to make the browning glaze from Chris Young's YT video "Why Your Turkey Isn't Golden Brown?" The cranberry notes were subtle, but did their job. The reason I'm giving this 5 stars is because I figured I'd use the rest of the bottle for old fashions since we only cook turkey once a year. I'm not the biggest cranberry fan, in fact I don't even eat cranberry sauce on Thanksgiving, but something about cranberry and whiskey just works for me. Just be careful when using, this stuff will stain the ever living hell out of anything it touches. Got this to mix up old fashions a little bit. Has the flavor quality of their other bitters. Although not typical old fashion flavor I have came to enjoy it. This brand is my favorite by far. Clean crisp flavor without over powering.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but these were a great addition to my cocktail.

It's a good flavor, but I think the flavor balance could be reworked a little for it to be better. Has a red hue to it when many of their other flavors are clear.
