5 Strong Cardboard Storage Packing Moving House Boxes Double Walled 45.7cm x 30.5cm x 25.4cm 44 Litres

Bought these for an overseas delivery. Arrived in good condition with heavy duty plastic wrapping, slight damage on one side but not really a problem. Easy to assemble, I also taped all the interior and exterior flaps as extra support, but if this wouldn't be necessary for normal storage. They definitely appear quite sturdy and are double walled for extra strength. Would buy again when needed.

Other moving boxes I have bought before slot together these need to be taped on the bottom (no tape supplied) meaning they are not sturdy at all as there is only a bit of sellotape holding the the two sides of the bottom together! Rather than call them boxes, it should be called pieces of cardboard you can tape together to make a box. I need them today or a would return them. Description should be clearer - avoid! I should have bought one with a video showing how they are assembled as this is deliberately deceiving. I have no confidence that I can use them to transport books as planned.

These are not as sturdy as the other set of similar boxes I bought, but they do the job. Though I didn’t try to load it much.

The boxes were, unfortunately, left outside when delivered and only two escaped rain damage. The boxes are a useful size and easy to tape together for use. The cardboard is of a good strength and contained items without collapsing. Although disappointed that three of the boxes were misshapen because of the rain, I was satisfied with the resolution of the problem by Amazon and managed to use all of the boxes with some reinforcement to the water weakened areas. I gave the product five stars because the boxes were not faulty when dispatched and the quality of the two undamaged boxes was excellent.

Easy to assemble with parcel tape inside and out produces a light weight but sturdy case. I additionally bought bubble wrap to protect my irregular shaped objects but they were ideal for my books.

Packing household goods

Reasonable value but not strong enough for shipping. They are stated as “ 5 Strong Cardboard Storage Packing Moving House Boxes Double Walled 45cm x 30.5cm x 30cm 44 Litres”. The seller clearly doesn’t know what double walled means.

I don't think the seller knows what double walled means. These boxes have an outside, a ribbed middle and an inside...double walled (so I've been told by a removal company) are outside, ribbed section, middle, ribbed section then inside...so you have 2 layers of the ribbed cardboard...therefore DOUBLE. Thes do not have that only single so don't buy if you really want strong books boxes!
