Bigger Than They Look
These are well made cable stops. They even have a ball bearing in the bottom. The description gives the size of the package, not the product. These cable stops use an 11mm wrench. The barrel is almost 10mm in diameter and about 14mm long.

These are a very clever design. Inside, between the end of the bolt and the cable, is a tiny little ball bearing that makes it much easier to turn the bolt, and concentrates that force on the center of the inner cable. Dorman 03339 Cable Stop - 1/8 In, Pack of 2 positive action. Unfortunately, the information given does not mention the diameter of the barrel. Mine measured 0.392".
