Anomia Party Edition Card Game

Anomia has become an absolute hit at our game nights! The combination of fast-paced gameplay and friendly competition always leads to endless laughter and excitement. It's incredibly easy to learn, making it perfect for any group, even those who aren't regular gamers. The moments of tension when everyone is scrambling to come up with an answer and the ensuing hilarity when words get jumbled up make for an unforgettable gaming experience. The game's compact size also makes it easy to bring along to parties or gatherings. I highly recommend Anomia to anyone looking to add a dose of laughter and lighthearted competition to their social events. It's definitely become a staple in our game collection! I hope this review captures the essence of the game!

This may not be as portable or easy on your wallet as the two-deck set, but the party edition is great for really large gatherings, like dorm game nights, or office parties. With that out of the way, let me say that Anomia itself is pretty easy to learn (especially after you play a round or two for practice) - honestly, it takes me longer to explain the rules to people who’ve never heard of it than it actually takes to figure out how to play. The game can be played by most ages (the makers recommend 10 and up) - and some of the answers my friends, family and I have each come up with at one point or another have been legitimately hilarious. Anomia is as much about paying attention and reflexes as it is about knowing, say, any Madonna songs, Star Wars characters, or countries around the world. Each game also goes very quickly, making it great if your group only has about a half hour to spare (most of the rounds we’ve played have been over in just over twenty minutes, but I’ve heard of rounds going even faster when everyone is really focused on the game).

Me encantó, viene en buen estado y divertido para jugar con familia o amigos

Fast paced and really fun. Slight downside is that the normal pack (with 2 decks) has 100 cards per deck, but this only has 79. That said, this still has more cards in total. Game itself is nice however the box kind of sucks at carrying the cards around (the indents aren't deep enough to stop the cards from spilling over). Nice addition to the original game.

Easy game to take out for a group of people when hosting or to bring to a small gathering. Only downfall is you have to ensure everyone can read that is playing (maybe a photo version exists if needed?)
