I saw some people did have issues with these batteries and the compatibility with their camera, but I personally haven't had those issues. It works better than the old battery. The batteries come charged, but once they run out of battery, you need the charger. If you don't have the charger that came with the camera, don't expect this one to come with one. These are just the batteries. You have to buy the charger separately.

when I received it I charged and it worked from the beginning flawlessly. seems as good as the original sony battery which still charges after 7 or 8 years.

These batteries works just as well as the original Sony battery I have for my DSC-T100 and I’ve never had any format issues or performance issues. Highly recommend these as a safer alternative to the stock camera battery, at least for digital cameras, as I’ve tried these across Sony cybershot digitals.

I had 2 videos but could only upload one. Both batteries charged and are ready to use. I can't wait to have these as backup for a long trip.

I have a Sony Cybershot, DSC-H50. I had 2 batteries previously, a Sony NP-FG1 and NP-BG1 that I purchased when I bought the camera. Didn't realize I had 2 different types until trying to find replacements. It got to the point that one battery would not hold a charge, I would get the error message about the battery not being compatible. The other one would not hold a charge for very long,, barely long enough for an event, like Easter, Christmas.. These Kastar batteries fit perfectly, they were not too fat as mentioned in other reviews. They recharge in my current recharging "thing". The seem to hold a charge as long as my previous batteries did when they were working properly. The price of $9.99 for 2 batteries is wonderful! The only complaint, which I saw in other reviews is that I cannot see how much battery life is left .

So far, I am pleased with the Kastar battery. I had purchased some other brand batteries in 2022 and they never lasted long before needing a recharge. My camera has been sluggish and seeming like it was ready for it's end. I charged up the Kastar and installed it. My camera is much quicker in response to turn on and zoom. The flash also is there when I want it - not like before where I had to press over and over again on the shutter waiting for the flash and shutter to finally work. I'm hoping they last for me. At this point, I am very happy. I have not had to recharge yet, so unsure how long they last inside the camera.

I got this item replaced because the first batch had a defective battery that wouldn't charge at all. The replacement was okay for a week but then after that, both batteries would not hold a charge and now they die immediately after charging. Pretty sure it's not a camera issue either.
