Great converter.
This is a well made converter I have a 24v powersupply but my fan was only 12volts. This was the perfect converter for it. It was easy to user and worked perfectly.

Worked fine
Worked as it should. No issues thus far.

The mounting ears could be heavier. Other than that it looks pretty sturdy.
It looks good. I haven't used it yet. It looks pretty sturdy. I'm going to power some 12V lights and gadgets from my 24V solar batteries. I figured there would be less loss than an inverter and 12V supply. Also, in my pervious system, 12V, the inverter got confused and started charging at 25.6V and fried some stuff. Hopefully this will prevent that.

Stable, clean and efficient power up to 90w continuous output
This 24-12v converter is stable and efficient but only capable of about 90 watts of continuous output (which is about 110w in at 19v). Above this, the voltage sags unacceptably.I measured the following output efficiency:1w @ 61.90%5w @ 82.94%30w @ 94.56%60w @ 92.96%90w @ 91.83%Ripple was 89mv across the rangeVoltage sag was 0.5v beyond 30wTemperature at 90w output was about 130F after 10 minutes which is fine but I would probably recommend providing some airflow. If you need > 90w output power, do NOT buy this.

Perfect fit
Worked perfectly as desired had to wire it all perfectly for an increase voltage time consumption.

works
no noise. built well and gets the Job done. easy to install

Doesn’t work.
Doesn’t work got 24v on one side. No power on 12v side

Seems to work well enough. Hoefully they get a long life (will update)
April 25'Application in an RV to reduce 24V solar battery system down to 12V for standard RV loads.Idle current draw is 11mA @ 24V and 10mA @ 28V.Measured ~95% efficiency @ 2.5A output.Pout (11.99V * 2.5A) / Pin (27.65V * 1.14A) = 95%Wish there were proper specifications, but it seems to operate at 28V, topped off 24V batteries.
