I take a multivitamin every day because, well let’s face it, most of us don’t eat a healthy diet and don’t get all the nutrients we need from the food we eat.There are a lot of brands out there and most are from companies I’ve never heard of before in my life. And with no oversight on vitamins you don’t really know what you’re taking or exactly how much of a vitamin or mineral you’re getting.I trust Centrum to provide me with the correct vitamins and minerals in a recommended dosage and that they are verified by a third party lab.They don’t give me a sick stomach, the effectiveness is there, and I’m getting the strength listed on the bottle. They don’t smell or taste good but it’s not like you chew them.I would recommend these vitamins for anyone who wants to get the nutrients they need.

I have been using these vitamins for several years. Amazon is the least expensive supplier that I have found. As far as the actual product, i use it as an additive to a reasonably healthy diet. It is easy to swallow & has no taste that I can tell. Does it work? I’m in my 4th quarter and very healthy. Anything I can reasonably do to stay that was is worth doing.

This is a great men’s multivitamin for middle-senior aged men. Gives you a little bit of everything but not too much of anything. Has more vitamins and minerals than other leading brands. At this price point it is hard to beat.

I’ve always been a fan of Centrum, and have purchased it dozens of times before. BUT, I’m not a fan of shrinkflation. When the product arrived, I noticed the bottle is considerably smaller than all of the previous bottles that I have purchased in the past 10+ years. And it’s because you get 200 pills, not 275 as before. Perhaps they still offer the 275 pill option, but this misled me by buying online because the bottle design appears to be the same as before. I’m just saying - buyer beware of the quantity, and factor that in to the cost. You’re receiving 27% fewer pills in the 200 pill bottle compared to the classic 275 pill bottle. I obviously did not catch that.

Ya e comprado anteriormente y es el más económico y rendidor por la cantidad de unidades en cada frasco. En general no me produce ningún efecto o molestia colateral. Sigo usando los productos de ésta marca, por el grado de satisfacción obtenido y el rendimiento por frasco.

In my opinion most men over 50 should take these unless advised otherwise by their Doctor

Have used these for many years. I do feel the difference if I am not taking them. Trusted brand and effective.

Bought this for my dad. It’s a great multivitamin for men over 50. He feels more energetic and healthy since taking it. Definitely a good choice!
