Adamba Polish Style Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix 3-Pack

In this world of canned cream of mushroom soups, I have been unable to find the perfect tasting soup. In my search for something better, I ran across this old friend. I had this soup during my twenties. After several moves ( away from the store) and raising a family, I had forgotten it. Now, being able to order it online, I will never forget it again....welcome home.

First off, I wouldnt suggest this as a soup, way too strong a mushroom flavor imho. But! As a sauce or gravy? Uh YEAH!! Made it per instructions, added some creme fraiche and heavy cream, and it was awesome with seared pork loin chunks on egg noodles. It's a good thing theres three packets, because this is hitting the dinner table again. You know it's good when picky wife gives it two thumbs up.

We served the soup for both Christmas Eve meals (25th and Orthodox Catholic)...after adding in fresh sliced Crimini and Shitake mushrooms. It was a hit! Everyone loved it! Definitely a favorite and must have for the holidays or anytime the mood strikes for some creamy, tasty mushroom soup. The best (after homemade)!

Polish mushroom soup - special memories. My mother in law always made this at Easter and Christmas. Now that she has passed my sister in law comes in from Chicago and brings it with her. Was happy I could buy from Amazon, but we still only have it for special occasions.

Good hot treat. In cold weather. Used with dried mushrooms. Enjoyedby family at Christmas Eve dinnner.

Nice texture and very tasty. Personally; (not sure of the salt content), I would have liked it even better with a less seemingly sodium taste; but I definitely would recommend this soup.
