I concur with the last reviewer, THESE REALLY DO HELP. I work in the travel business, which means I fly transcontinental flights often, not always in the poshest part of the plane, but I always find that if I take my Jet Candy properly, it is SO MUCH EASIER to adjust to the new time zone. First tip to know, you must follow the easy directions which means you start to take these the evening before you fly, so you need a little planning ahead which is not my best skill, but I have found that making the effort makes the difference to not feeling like a zombie on the other side. You pop one under your tongue and let it disappear. Tip two would be to see how it works for you, to determine if you might want to adjust the schedule or take more on a very long flight, as I do. Someone who works for the airlines recently shared a secret with me which I find further optimizes my Jet Candy efficacy -- do NOT eat ANYTHING that the airline offers you, not even the Evian water. Food on planes is enhanced to compensate for our taste buds which are weaker in the sky, and the minerals in mineral water also don't do us any favors in coping with jet lag. So if you can refrain from eating and alcohol on the plane, and do as the Jet Candy directions say (or adjust a bit to how it works best for you), I think you will find THIS HOMEOPATHIC PRODUCT WITH NO SIDE EFFECTS REALLY DOES HAVE THE POWER TO EASE YOUR JET LAG CONSIDERABLY!
