Buy the brush frfr
This brush is incredible. My short and fine - haired cat sheds like it's her job, and it felt like no matter how often or long I brushed her, she was still shedding and throwing up hair balls! This brush is a game changer. Lost half of her body weight in fur after 5 minutes, even the teeny tiny little hairs on her chin get brushed out! She loves it, too. Purred the whole time and let me brush her belly with it! Seriously can't stress how well it works. The ONLY thing I'd would say is the teeth on this brush are a big jagged... my cat likes to push her face into the brush so I just had to be careful to make sure it didn't get caught on her mouth/nose and keep it away from her eyes. Overall though, definitely worth the price. Really truly the best brush for cats.

Maine Coon Approved - Truly a Miracle Tool
I need you to understand the level of betrayal my Maine Coon, Calcifur, has historically associated with brushes and combs. Every single one I’ve tried before this has resulted in some combination of: fleeing the scene, offended yowling, or me getting not gently bitten for my audacity. So when I say this brush changed the game? I mean it completely rewrote our grooming dynamic. For context: Calcifur has that thick, luxurious, “I shed enough to build a second cat” kind of coat. Mats used to sneak up fast (especially in those armpits omg) and I’d end up having to carefully cut them out, which neither of us enjoyed. I felt awful for how janky she was starting to look with needing to cut mats off of her, but she wouldn't sit for combing it out when it was in the early stages, so for a while we were in an unpleasant cycle of needing my husband to hold her down, cutting through several mats and attempting to de-mat more, her hating us for a day or two, and then having to repeat the same thing next week. Enter this brush. First use: Suspicion. Deep judgment. A slow blink of “I will allow this… briefly.” And then… she didn’t run. No biting. No drama. I genuinely was shocked, she sat there for a half hour while I worked mats and loose fur out of her, and she was.... purring? Could not believe what I was seeing. Now? She actively comes up to me asking to be brushed. I didn’t train this behavior. I didn’t bribe her. I don't have to. This tool just doesn’t hurt her, and she knows it. At almost 2 she finally understands that being brushed prevents the matting which makes her uncomfortable, wish we'd gotten to that point sooner, but what matters is that grooming is now enjoyable for both of us. Performance: This brush is incredible at what I think is technically called de-matting/de-shedding without pulling on the skin. It works through tangles and early mats gently, instead of ripping through them like some of the harsher tools I’ve tried. I haven’t had to shave out a mat in months, which is honestly a miracle in a multi-cat, long-hair household. It pulls out loose fur efficiently (RIP my vacuum) but doesn’t leave her coat looking thin or damaged, just soft, fluffy, and regal as she deserves. Durability & design: Solid construction, comfortable to hold, and it hasn’t bent or dulled with daily use. Easy to clean out the collected fur too, which is a small but important detail. Final verdict: If you have a long-haired cat, especially one who thinks grooming is a personal attack, buy this. This is the first brush that made my cat enjoy the process instead of declaring war. 🐾 5 stars. Calcifur approved. My limbs (and her dignity) are finally safe.

BUY THE BRUSH
This is the best tool since the hammer and nail. This tool will change your life. This tool will pick up so much hair it accidentally picks up your marriage partner. This tool will de-shed your cat (or other assorted hairy creature, including a hairy human, such as a Bigfoot variant, or myself, a Tinyfoot, with a lotta itchy hair that needs de-shedding, due to hair treatment meds and genetics) so fast that you'll need an extra brush just to catch it before it flutters away on the breeze! I got a green one that says "DIPOO" (lol) that has a little button on it you can use to easily clean the brush of hair that retracts the little nubins. So if you want the DIPOO that one's also great and on Amazon (or was at the time of this review), but it doesn't de-shed like the BEST TOOL SINCE HAMMER AND NAIL DOES!! NOTHING ON THIS EARTH SHORT OF SHAVING YOUR PET WILL, and unless mange is severe that is basically abuse depending on the pet and situation because many pets need their coat for temperature regulation! Really, if the brush had a way to de-shed AND somehow catch the hairs at the same time (like maybe attached to a mini-vac or had a few brush bristles surrounding the main saw-blade-like serrated metal portion (don't be scared by this, though do be careful to use it correctly!), prefferably that had a way to retract somehow for ease of cleaning, I mean nobody would EVER AGAIN USE A DIFFERENT FORM OF BRUSH!!! NO BRUSH HAS EVER BEEN ABLE TO DE-SHED MY CAT UNTIL TODAY. SHE SHEDS EVERY SINGLE DAY AND SHE SHEDS SO MUCH IT'S EXTREME! And no there is nothing wrong with her! She's a cat haha. That's the issue! She's a living, breathing cat with medium to short hair but a very VERY thick, beautiful coat, because she has tufts on her ears despite otherwise appearing short-coated and I think it might be ragdoll, maine coon, or even norwegian forest cat influence (funnily enough she grew up next to a purebred one who was a rescue two times over, RIP Filbert and Uncle A!) Anyhow, this thing is easy to hold, durable for life, simple, beautiful, never needs cleaning other than a quick swipe (and maybe it'll get rusty down the road but not yet and that can be fixed as well), and it's fairly inexpensive. This brush is just PERFECT other than the issue which can be fixed by having two brushed and using them one after the other in quick succession, which you might do anyways because normal brushed are so MEH!!! GET. THIS. BRUUUUSHHHHHH!!!! Bonus: cat pics. As you can see she is smiling, shiny, happy, and better with this brush in her life! She BEGS me to be brushed now!! Before she never cared for it!! Also, fyi, I get at least 2-4 clumps of hair when I use this thing. Every time! PS: The brush is ALSO great for getting hair out of OTHER surfaces, or moving it into one area so you can easily pick it up with a sticky roller brush or a chom-chom! After using chom-chom I can say I prefer traditional roller but chom-chom is good as an addition to save money, and I'll do a chom-chom review soon too. Thnx guyyyz!!! :3!!! meow!!! - Tundra (my precious little black baby princess gato of over 14 years!!)

Purrfect for Cats
Great brush! I use this on my long hair cat and it does really good at removing the shedding coat. It’s easy to remove the hair from the teeth since they are short. It’s easy to hold in the hand and use and because if its shape you have more control over what areas you’re combing out. I like to use it when he comes in from outside because it helps with getting the tiny debris removed from his hairs. I have four stars because he hates being brushed and although this is better than what I’ve tried in the past, he still doesn’t love it as much as I was hoping.

Perfect product.
So all three of my cats are not a fan of being brushed. At all. And unfortunately, two of them are bad shedders. Combine that with a house with all bamboo floors and then throw into the mix, me as a clean freak who is determined to have a house that…other than all their toys being everywhere….someone couldn’t really tell cats lived here until they see them. I love my cats probably more than I loved my kids, they are my life since we’ve become empty-nesters There are times I truly do skip out on invites and turn down plans with friends on Saturdays because I want to just be home and hang out with my cats since I work long hours during the week. I’m telling you, I would probably take a bullet for each one of them. So with that being said, I accept the fact and do understand that you can’t get all of the cat hair in the house to disappear, it’s a part of your life when you have pets. BUT I sure will do anything to eliminate the fur and dander as much as I can. I have tons of lint rollers, dryer pet fur balls, cat scratchers on some corners of my walls that catch their fur when they brush up against them, fur resistant bed sheets and comforter and two air purifiers. They were fine. But this brush, I can almost eliminate all of them and just use this brush. It collects that much of their hair and it’s cut down on the shedding 75%. It is absolutely amazing!! and freakishly enough, I cannot understand why, but my cats don’t really mind it. I mean it’s not their favorite thing, but they don’t run when they see it coming and they’ll deal with it for a few minutes before they runoff. Then I go and get them again and they’ll sit for a few minutes and then runoff again but it’s progress over a regular brush. And it really does get down to the first layer of fur, almost their skin. I am collecting so much dander in that fur that comes off of them, that it blows my mind. You deal with shedding animals? You’re a fool if you don’t get this.!!

This is a My cats who hate being brushed purred right through this one!
I have three cats. Two of them hate being brushed and have NEVER let me brush them. Not once in 9 years for one, 8 years for the other. They BOTH were purring and leaning into this brush, and let me brush them for several minutes each. The third has always loved being brushed, but this brush gets out way, way more fur than any brush I’ve ever tried before (a lot). When the slicker brush made it seem like there was no more loose fur left to be brushed out, I pulled out the SleekEZ, and the fur just kept on coming. I eventually had to stop just because I’d been brushing my cats for an hour straight, and my arm was tired, but the SleekEZ was still brushing loose fur out. I found it easiest to use the SleekEZ brush to get the fur out, then brush it off the cat with a slicker brush. Even the two who have always hated being brushed let me get a quick swipe in with the slicker brush every once in a while to pick up the fur, because they enjoyed the new brush so much. I very highly recommend getting one for Luna

A GREAT tool to use alongside a slicker brush
Short review: This tool does exactly what I need it to do: gently and efficiently remove loose hair, even from the fluffiest, densest undercoat areas and hard-to-reach spots. All in all, this is an excellent grooming tool, and one I’ll be using in every daily grooming session from now on. When used alongside a regular slicker brush, it makes my medium hair cat’s coat super sleek, and soft. The only slight drawbacks are the way shed fur is collected, and the design of the handle—in my opinion, very minor considerations in what is an otherwise excellent tool. More detailed review below: It’s important to know that—for medium to long haired pets at least—this tool is not enough to maintain a nice coat. It MAY be sufficient to maintain short coats, but I definitely still need to use a slicker brush for my medium hair cat. That said, this tool serves a very useful purpose and does a better job than the slicker brush in that specific aspect; I think it is a must-have for pet owners dealing with medium to long haired pets. I first use a slicker brush over my cat’s entire body, to remove any debris from the coat, to distribute the natural oils along the length of the hairs and make the coat shiny, and to brush through any clumped or tangled hair before it turns into mats. In my opinion, the SleekEZ does not perform these functions simply because the teeth of the comb are not long enough to do so. I then use the SleekEZ to gently pull out loose hair, particularly from the neck, belly, and between the hindquarters—dense, fluffy areas that tend to shed a lot but can be hard to reach with a brush. I find that short, overlapping strokes work best for this. Then I make another quick pass over the whole coat with the slicker brush to pick up any bits of shed fur the SleekEZ left lying on top of the coat. The result is a VERY sleek, soft, shiny coat with no loose bits of fur sticking out. I was surprised at how much fur the SleekEZ pulled out the first time. My cat’s coat definitely appears less bulky, especially in the areas I mentioned, after a thorough combing with the SleekEZ; I suspect that’s simply due to removing the dead hair that was ready to be shed. The small size is perfect for cats; I wouldn’t use anything larger. My cat is very calm and comfortable while I use this tool, so it is clearly gentle and not painful. While he always enjoys being groomed, he normally wiggles and flops around when I use the slicker brush, which I suspect is because those type of bristles have a more stimulating sort of feeling. But he is perfectly still for the SleekEZ, which must feel less intense in comparison. For that reason, I would recommend it for people with cats who are fussy about being groomed. I only have two small negative comments about this tool: 1) While using it, the shed fur doesn’t stick together or collect in the brush as it does in a conventional slicker brush. I find that some clings to the wooden part of the tool, which takes a few moments to pick and rub off. And the rest just gets pulled out to lay on top of the coat here and there. The SleekEZ website suggests that the shed fur will all neatly stick together; that is not the case. It may differ depending on the texture of your pet’s hair, but I’ve found that much of the shed fur pulled out by the SleekEZ ends up in lots of bits of fluff lying all over on top of the coat, necessitating a quick once-over with the slicker brush to pick them all up. 2) The handle of this tool is not great at all, neither in shape nor material. I appreciate simplicity, but it seems a really odd design choice because it’s simply not comfortable or natural to hold. I saw on the SleekEZ website a version with a silicone handle, but that one is still in the same odd shape, so in my view wasn’t really an improvement. Of course, this has no bearing on the effectiveness of the tool itself, and I’m not using it long enough in one sitting to feel discomfort from holding it. I just think the handle wasn’t as thoughtfully designed as the actual comb was.

Good quality
I used this on my shortest haired cat, and its the only brush hes ever been okay with me using on him. After using it pretty thoroughly, his coat was considerably shinier and softer than before, so i feel like it worked really well against the dead fur instead of just raking off the fur altogether. Some comments are talking about the blade being too sharp, but i ran it sideways (full blade going longways) and had no such problem with it hurting me or anything of the sort, on my arm or hand. I tried it out on my long haired cat and it also greatly improved the fur texture and appearance. And i should also note that i wasnt particularly gentle about it with any of the grooming. It works really well and really quickly, and works even on the more skittish cats. Highly recommend if you have picky cats. I would also just pay attention to how much you do it but my cats were basically begging for me to keep going.

Brilliant! A life changing little groomer and the dog loves it! Small is a good for a small dog.
This has been great for a small terrier sized flat coated heavy shedding rescue dog. It seems to have got rid of all of her street/dog shelter thicker coat, leaving a shiny soft coat. She finds it very calming to be groomed with this and I have a massive reduction in shedding everywhere. Thank you!

What you see is what you get - Cat Edition
<3 All in all, un fabuleux produit.
