Wonderful product particularly for Keto & Intermittent diets. Feeds the brain during fasting. Keep up the great work in producing it. Here are a couple minor suggestions to improve further. Fix the top spout which is too flimsy. Also, make an indent to the bottle so it doesn’t slip out of smaller hands so easily.

Good taste, Big Bottle so it has enough Product. It does help with your digestion. I started because they said it helps with Focus.

I like the double packaging which delivered it very neat. MCTs alone have been shown in studies to increase energy and endurance. It can also give you more energy and help you feel full longer. MCT Oil is great in smoothies or tea or coffee but mainly I purchased this MCT Oil with C8 and C10 for my SD (Seborrheic dermatitis). I did not want to use steroid based products so thought of trying this oil as many people have success with controlling SB. I applied it after the shower and it worked really well to keep the skin moisturised and not dry and flaky. It is very lightweight and has no odor. It absorbs very quickly into the skin. So I am really happy with MCT oil which has anti fungal properties that helped me to keep my skin supple and hydrated.

I like this oil. It worked immefiately. I used it on a 2nd degree burn, my face my hair. My coffee. I take a teaspoon too, It lubricates me, I feel focused my thinking is clear im actually up for longer hours. Yes I will def buy this product again.

I use this product while I'm cooking. I use it in my coffee. My smoothies, I like it for my weight loss journey. It boosts my energy. There's no taste to it. It absorbs quickly into your system. I highly recommend it. I have been using this for quite a while. I got my daughter using it. I give this to my grandchildren. I also Give it to my dog.It has boost my dog's overall health.This is a good product to use.I highly recommend it

I love the product and have purchased it several times because of the great health benefits from MCT. The bottle used to come with a pump…I wish it still did to make it more convenient.
