Perfect
I manage a vet hospital and we make clients paw prints when they say goodbye to their pets. We buy this on a regular basis. Wouldn’t ever use another brand. It’s easy to use and it comes always soft and fresh. Never hard.

We love it!
I homeschool, and this is something my kids love! We use it for all types of projects, history we made replicas of Egyptian artifacts, we made geographical landscapes, biomes, fake fossils, pottery, jewelry. We have used it for all different projects. We even did a science experiment and tested times and temperatures for the best ways to cook the clay. It’s soft enough for my youngest to use and it doesn’t crack as long as you work it well and get it warmed up. We color it prior to cooking by mixing colors such as, alcohol ink, paint, and mica powder. Or we paint it after baking with just acrylic paint. And we’ve had great results, sealing it with any polymer sealants. I love the white bulk box because it gives my kids the opportunity to play with the colors and their imagination and it’s cheaper. Especially if you get it on sale. It’s fun and easy to use!

This Is My Go-To Clay
I am in love with this clay. I think it is a bit too finicky for a beginner, and it has a learning curve all its own (like all clays) but once you get acclimated to it you can make some really dope stuff. I used to get irritated at the fragility of the pieces made with it, but then I read about the tempering hack and now I can say I have made a bust of one of my characters that has fallen off the top shelf of my desk three times and not broken or cracked one bit. If you're having trouble with the durability of your pieces, immediately submerge them in very cold water out of the oven and they ought to be more sturdy. Fingerprints in the clay can just be buffed off after baking. If you plan on painting this clay after baking, I'd just like to forewarn you that it is very difficult to get an even, streak-free color, and it's probably for the best to just buy the pre-colored bricks and go from there.

It lasts forever.
I bought this 8 lb box because it was the same price as the one I bought in the early 90s. I think it was $40. I had it for years until I made various things with it. This box is sitting in my closet right now. It will be pliable until you chuck it in the oven. Use metal wire for a skeleton. It stinks up the house when baking it. Like I said it will last a long time.

Soft clay
The clay comes out a bit wet, but very soft and nice to work with. I have not tried this for molds yet.

First Timer
My daughter did this for her HS Graduation project for Environmental Science. This was her first time working with clay or doing such a project. For being her first time molding and sculpturing I think she did an incredible job. She says the clay was soft and easy to work with. Price was reasonable. She did use a clay rolling machine for the turtles shell. * Turtle’s name is Crush. ☺️ Thank you
