This chair is flimsy. The arm rests bend and seem like they will eventually snap off. The hydraulic mechanism that keeps the back of the chair up isn't strong enough, so I can't even lean back without it going into full recline mode. The seat is decent but still very basic. Overall, I feel tricked. They deleted all the 1 star reviews that were there the other day, so this probably won't be up long. NONE of the 5 star reviews are "Verified Purchase". They are lying to you.

thought i was buying what was on those pictures what a receive what something completely different everything is plastic came in a box that was beat up threads were loose there were rips where you attach arm support missing a lot of padding felt like sitting on a plywood with some blankets fold over a couple of times also missing some parts. in general this is complete garbage. everything in Chinese .oh and those reviews with 5 start are most likely fake

I love this product! I had one issue that I had to fix but overall it's a great buy! My parents tried it out and now they want one too! I didn't really need the pillow so I attached it right above the lumbar cushion and doubled the back support. The foot rest is pretty solid to rest your feet on. Im 5'6"" and it was perfect. Overall...this is super comfortable to sit or lie down on aside from looking awesome.
