stays cool but not harshly cold on skin. provides coolness on sides and top of ankle area which is great. slips easily over my ankle even when swollen due to stretchy fabric in back. I guess slipping it over a really large ankle could be a problem. 6 mos. post op broken ankle repair and this has been very handy to have in the freezer ready to go - sometimes it just feels good when it is aching.

The pack stays fairly cold, but it does not provide as much initial coldness as I would have liked. The slip opening is also somewhat narrow and while I have small ankles, any swelling could make it painful to slide on and uncomfortable. The fit is also a little off and can be uncomfortable when shifted.

Of all the ankle icepacks that I have purchased the kingdom brand is the best. Stays nice and cold and it's easy to put on. I would recommend this to anyone who has ankle problems.

I was disapointed with this product, it was not what I expected. I have a severe ankle sprain and it hurt pulling it over my ankle, as it's really small and it didn't stay cold for very long :(I ended up submerging my ankle in a bucket of ice and used my handy dandy Mueller ice bag throughout the day.

This thing is great! Stays cold really long and covers my ankle well. I've sprained my ankle more times than I can count and this is the best thing I have to deal with the swelling and pain. Customer service was excellent too :)

Huge, complicated. Just wanted simple. Will stick to frozen peas.
