It's a pure product. It doesn't have that dreaded processed in a facility that also processes foods you can't have statement. I've never had a digestive issue with it. It's a bit grainy, but that can't be helped with rice. Using it in a smoothie so the smoothness provided by that banana helps.

I love this protein! I am a vegan and therefor do not like to consume any dairy based protein. In the past I have used flavored vegan proteins. Personally I enjoy this plain protein mixed with raw cacao for a chocolate flavor! I consume this every morning in a smoothie with banana, peanut butter and water. It doesn't have a gritty texture or leave any weird flavors in your mouth like I have experienced with similar products. I am very happy and will continue purchasing this protein!

I was hesitant to order this when I read all of the reviews saying it taste funny and was gritty. I've been mixing it with Silk Almond milk, bananas and blueberries. It's thick but has a nice taste to it.

I bought these to use with smoothies and shakes, as the plain rice powder has is almost tasteless in comparison to pea, soy, or whey-based powders. I used to buy them thru the Vitamin Shoppe and tried these. However, the powder in these has an odd odor that is almost oily just at the point of just before going rancid. It hasn't affected the taste, but I might not buy again thru this supplier.

My naturopath recommended rice protein to put in my smoothies in the morning so I would have a healthier breakfast. This brand has been great and doesn't change the taste of my smoothie. My husband immediately started using it, as well. We only put 1 tbsp. in our individual smoothies, though, because the texture of the product would be too grainy with 2 tbsp. I think this is an excellent product and I've already ordered more.

This stuff has a very mild flavor, mixes up easily, and has more protein per oz than many other rice proteins. Yes, it *is* chalky - imagine drinking rice flour mixed into a drink if you want an idea of what it's like. Still, it's entirely tolerable, and other than the grainy texture, it more or less disappears in fruit smoothies. It can also be added to baked goods to add protein to them - I wouldn't recommend any more than 10% though. If you are a vegan or have difficulty digesting other protein powders, this is a good choice at a good price.

以前ホエイ系を購入したものの身体に合わず、こちらを試しにamazonで購入しました。以来約１年マイペースではありますが続けています。 感想に個人差はあると思いますが、飲みやすく味も良いです。※40度前後の水、シェイカー(blender bottle製)使用、粉が細かいため出来るだけシンプルな形状のものがオススメです。 発注から届くまで時間もかかる上、値段が安いとは感じませんが(こちらの何年か前のレビューを読む限り、最近はかなり買い求めやすくなってるみたいです、今後にも期待)、継続を決めたので３つセットで購入することでコスト圧縮しています。 梱包は段ボールの中に商品本体(外フタにビニル封あり、更に中フタで密封されてます。開封前なら容易にはこぼれなさそう)と緩衝材(紙)の構成で毎回仕様は変わりません。わりと丁寧、という印象です。 肌も、気力も良くなってるので☆5とさせて頂きました。

ホエイプロテイン/ソイプロテインを利用していましたが、どうにもお腹の調子が上がらず、自分にプロテインは合わないものだと思っていましたが、本品は問題なく摂取できました。 本品は、最初に飲んだ時は衝撃のまずさで、これは失敗したかな… と思いました。特にホエイプロテインのような口当たりの良さはまるで無くてソイ系のような植物系プロテイン特有の渋味しか感じないのと、粉の溶けがいまいちで口に入れた瞬間に歯や喉に粉が一斉にざらついてへばりつく感じで、果たしてこれは本当に人間が飲んでよいものなのか… と本能的にヤバい感じがして、全然飲めませんでした。 なのですが、頑張って数回飲んでいるうちに慣れてきて、今ではソイプロテインよりはまだマシ、くらいに感じます。おすすめは味付けの無い単なる水に溶かして飲むことで、飲んだ後のイメージを事前に持てていれば、無味でありながら少々香ばしい香りを感じて飲むことができます。相変わらずざらつきはありますが、本品を飲んだ後に水を少々飲むことで軽減できます。 ホエイプロテインのような乳製品の精製物は特に腸に良くなく、結果として体調不良を引き起こしてしまうのではないかと感じています。本品はそのようなことはなく、数か月続けた結果として、むしろ体調が良くなってると感じます。 これより、健康に気を使いつつも、お手軽にたんぱく質を摂取したい方に、強くおすすめします。

玄米プロテインを飲む方は、これでいいのでは？ 私は特にこだわりはないのですが、 腹は下しやすい方ですが、これは大丈夫です。 なので、初心者にはおすすめします。

筋肉を付ける効果は、まだ良く分からないが現状の維持は出来ている。 味が、ブラックコーヒーやお茶が好きな私は、満足出来る味である 甘味が無いので、無駄な糖質を採らずに済むので本格的に鍛えたい人向きだと思います。 また、ライス・プロテインは、日本人の体質に合っているとも聞きました。 また買いたいです。
