Sunwarrior Protein Raw Vegan Gluten Free Vanilla - 2.2 lbs

I've gone through so many types of protein now I almost can't name them. Whey, rice, goat whey, pea, and more and this still is my favorite. I've never had any quality issues with the brand and this specific rice protein in the past 3 years I've been using it. It has a nice taste, not too sweet, not too chalky and mixes pretty well. I've blended it into smoothies, added it to oatmeal, and used it as a quick snack.Since I've been buying it, Amazon almost always has the best price so I keep coming back regardless.

As a vegetarian I have problems getting high quality protein as I don't like tofu. I have one of these protein drinks every day, often enhances with a cup of yoghurt, or fruit and it satisfies me as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack. If I'm playing tennis I take one with me to sip on to help my stay hydrated as well as energized.Have shared these with friends and they now purchase Sun Warrior rather than what they used to buy.For a yummy treat I put a scoop of ice cream or frozen yoghurt in.

My wife and I have tried a few and this is our favorite one yet.A lot of the other supplements have a very gritty texture even when well blended. This powder is very smooth and has a great flavor.The only problem I have with it is the package is hard to reseal and it seems like no matter how hard I try to be neat I always seem to make a mess when getting some out. My theory is that somehow the non-gritty texture is somehow related to the messiness, but I can't figure out how.

I prefer the vanilla flavor to the chocolate powder. I add a scoop to my green smoothies for breakfast and lunch. I can easily tweak the flavor by adding strawberries for a strawberry smoothie, cacao nibs for a chocolate smoothie, banana, peanut butter, cinnamon, orange, mocha, etc. Very versatile and tastes delicious. I am also using it with almond milk by itself on a a low carb/high protein plan I am currently on to detox from sugar and carbs.

I will start by saying, YES this product has a slightly chalky taste. However, the nutriton stats are just incredible, and as another reviewer said, mixed properly it can taste great.I recommend buying the vanilla, since it's more versatile and cocoa powder can be added to any smoothie for a chocolate taste. My personal favorite smoothie: honeydew melon, spinach, ice, and sun warrior. Makes me feel like a warrior afterward! ;) Has been great for my weight loss journey and muscle definition!!!

My wife wanted a protein powder that she could use after working out. Didn't like the taste and after using it for about a week it gave her serious digestive problems so she had to quit using both the items I purchased for her. Stopped her system up completely where she never had problems with the MRM Whey Powder. I tried it once and didn't like the taste or texture of the product, So I just bought another of the MRM Whey powder that we like for the both of us.

I have tried so many protein powders, throwing away most of them (or tried to cover the taste by baking it into something!). The vanilla sunwarrior has a good texture, good taste, and can easily be mixed into a drink, oatmeal, homemade protein bars, or baked goods. Better yet, it does not upset my stomach like the regular whey powders do. Don't hesitate, this powder is the real deal!

This powder tastes ok not great. It kind of has a weird after taste (stevia) and I mostly use it to mix with smoothies. I do like that it is low in calories and crabs but wish it taste better. I read a lot of reviews before buying and though I was going to love this since most of the reviews were positive. I don't love it but still drink sometimes. I will say it is easy for me to digest and doesn't cause any digestive discomfort. Overall I don't think i will buy this product again and i have not started to crave it like others have discussed.

What has happened to this protein powder?? I have been using this for years and the last batches are totally disgusting. Something surely isn’t right with it, it made me gag.I’m also on a monthly subscription. I think the product needs to be tested.

I have used sunwarrior vanilla for years. However this is the second dodgy tasting batch I’ve ordered. I’ve had to throw both away and have received a full refund from amazon. I wasn’t aware that sunwarrior had changed their ingredients?

I've been ordering this protein powder over the last year mixing it in to my morning soy yoghurt or in my smoothies. It's been brilliant and wonderful taste. But the one I just received now in August seems off, I had to throw out my yoghurt this morning as I couldn't stomach eating it. My mouth still has a bad flavour from it 2 hours later... I've emailed the seller for answers. Let's see what they say.

Just tastes like artificial sweetener so can't bare to put it in anything. Also very powdery.Instead I now put cashews in smoothie for protein and eat more beans.Maybe the original one is better but the vanilla is disgustingggg

This is the best tasting protein powder I have had, it has a gritty texture but makes up for it with flavour. It would have got 4 stars if the packaging was better. The plastic top is a really poor fit as I found out when I picked the 1kg box up by its lid and ended up with the lid in my hand and the product on the floor.
