I bought this items as the party gifts for the kids. Unfortunately, I opened 4 pcs to test and 2 of them are bad. Ones doesn’t light up. The other has broken cap.I’m afraid there are more bad ones. I have to buy something else as the party gifts to make sure all the kids will receive good gifts.BTW. The straps look different from the pictures. Very disappointed.
