I've had these in use for about 14 hours per day for about 8 months. Only one of 6 has failed. Light is bright, can't speak to its benefits as sunlight simulating. Overall satisfied though price is steep.

... with my Impact Octacool-6 lighting kit and I'm so glad I did
I bought these to replace the lights that came with my Impact Octacool-6 lighting kit and I'm so glad I did. The light is so much better and brighter even though it's rated at 30w and the Impact lights are rated at 32w. It's not really how bright it is that makes it better but all the colors look more true. After this purchase I will always look for CRI ratings before buying.

Great bulbs / No seller response
Bulbs - 5/5Service - ?/5Use and will continue to use these bulbs. However, out of this three pack one of them burned out within a couple days of installation. (The other two, and the prior ones I have purchased are great!).I tried to contact the seller via amazon to see if they could help me replace the one bulb. However, I never got a response.

They work but are REALLY bright & are longer than most bulbs do we had to get new lamps just to fit them in.

eye relief
i have a lot of eye strain. i put bulbs in my home and in my office. noticed first day that eyes were not burning at the end of the day. people in the work place gravitate to my office and say there is a good feeling there. i feel happier.
