The material is thicker than expected, quality is very good, easy to attach and is as described! Great price for what I recieved.

After reading many reviews, I ordered this to replace my shredded Ozark Trail 10 X 10 canopy top. It does fit really well and is easy to install. It's a little baggy, but looks great. The material is a bit thicker than the original, but I expected it to be even thicker, since it cost as much as I paid for the whole canopy at Walmart. One thing I recommend. The velcro attachments for the top to the side supports are only secured to the canopy top by tiny little patches. We had a minor wind, maybe 8-10 MPH, and the patches started to tear away from the canopy top material. Just little pin prick holes, but it's the start of damage to come. So I suggest not fastening them to the frame support arms. The corner velcro connections are long enough to secure the top, and when the wind blows not having the sides secured doesn't matter.

The measurements for my slant leg frame were perfect. Wish there was more Velcro connection. The corner Velcro needs to be longer on the canopy to get the top to stretch taut or move the frame Velcro to a lower position. All in all a good product

Not at all happy with this replacement canopy top, and I had to re-pack it in the box and take it to UPS for a return and refund. Returned since it only has Velcro at the inner corners to keep it on, and I need to use ropes at real sewn in hold down grommets at each corner, (like most tops provide), to adequately hold down the canopy top and frame in a mild to moderate breeze to keep it from blowing over, or from blowing away. Really needed this item, and now it’s too late, as the season is over. Too bad real, human being stores don’t exist where you can see an item in hand before purchasing.

A perfect fit on my old slant leg frame. Looks good with earth tone light brown color. Has attached hook and loop straps to secure to the frame from too to the rim. Keeps a perfectly good frame out of recycle bin. great value compared to a complte new canopy

Had to replace a ripped canopy made of treated material, so kept my fingers cross this would work. It fit the structure very well and took minutes to attach it to the frame. 3 days later it rained hard, the material was holding about half a liter of water on one side and the structure collapsed on that side, even with the legs anchored down into the soil. I had to quickly remove the canopy to save the frame. The material creates alot of pockets during rain. We will only use the canopy when rain not in the forecast.

This canopy was a perfect replacement for out Quest 10 x 10 popup canopy with slanted legs. Can't comment on longevity as I just received it and put it up. It has the necessary velcro attachments in the corners and sides to keep it in place. A good fit.
