BEWARE OF CHEAP COPIES
Excellent product. Beware of cheap imitations!!!!! I tried a 3rd party copy of this nasal pillow. It was less than half the price and I honestly didn’t think that it would be “rocket science” to make a perfect copy. Boy, was I wrong! That copy may look the same and clip perfectly to the hose, but the air noise was horrible. I couldn’t sleep, I got up in the middle of the night and went back to the old OEM nasal pillow (Resmed) so I could get some sleep. I immediately ordered these new Resmed pillows when I woke up in the morning.

A little more comfortable than no-name ones.
I tried some "compatible" cushions and I do notice that these OEM ones are more comfortable. They are a lot more expensive, if that bothers you the clones will be fine.

smells like soap or dryer sheets - smell goes away after airing out for a couple of days
Works great, fit is perfect. Functionally it's great. But upon opening the sealed package the pillow cushion smells like laundry soap or dryer sheets. Washing the pillow cushion reduces the smell. After allowing the pillow cushion to air out for a couple of days, the smell disappears. This has happened on two separate orders.

Comfortable Replacement That Restores the Seal
These replacement cushions fit my AirFit P10 mask perfectly and made a big difference right away. The silicone is soft and comfortable, and the seal feels just like when the mask was brand new. I noticed fewer leaks and better airflow during the night. They’re also very easy to swap out—literally takes a few seconds. If your current cushion is starting to wear out, replacing it really improves comfort and overall CPAP performance. Definitely worth keeping a few extras on hand.
