A real surprise
After reading some unfavourable reviews I still went ahead and bought these T shirts. Fist off. How cheap are these? I bought them just to try out. They fit very well and the weight is perfect. Nice and light. The T shirts are not tight and they have the old style sleeve which is a little looser than the other brands. As a stand alone T this is good. As a T for wearing under a shirt it is also good. The collar fits close up around the neck and the look is smart. Very comfortable. I don't know how they will go after multiple washes, but warm or cold water would be the best. A nice T and a real surprise

...
I have been wearing FOTL undershirts for as long as I can remember. They fit well, the fabric is light, and I've never had one fall apart. Despite being thin, which does not instill confidence, they don't wear out. I'd describe the "feel" of the undershirts as "airy". They're not tight, not baggy - they fit just right for my slightly husky build. I have a bunch of Gilden t-shirts (black and gray) which I wear as shirts, not undershirts, and at least one has already come apart at the armpit seam. FOTL undershirts are priced right, so even if they fail - which I've never experienced - the replacement cost is negligible. The only problem I've ever had with white undershirts is darkening (not yellowing), but that is because a black sock got tossed in with a load of whites once and also because bleach had been causing discoloration, which seems counter-intuitive. Switch over to Arm & Hammer's Super Washing Soda, Borax, or something similar instead of bleach and you'll be fine. Also, undershirts don't seem to like solid deodorant. I started getting stiff, gunked-up armpits from using it for a month. I switched right back to gel and the problem resolved. None of these gripes are specific to FOTL products, but I figured they're worth mentioning.

Good undershirt that is still made of cotton to this day
Fruit of the Loom Men's Stay Tucked Crew T-Shirt is one of the better brands out there that still provide under shirts that still made out of cotton vs. others not that provide polyester or hydrid-like materials. Purchased these shirt back in 2013 and they were worn plentiful of times to make the money worth it. However, when you wear undershirts like this every day for years, you are bound to have thinness and holes appearing on the shirt due to the amount of times worn and washed. Its normal in almost every case of undershirts. The fabric quality is great. It is not this the the point where the shirt is see through and the first couple of wears, shrinkage will happen but not by much, but with constant wear, that shrink-factor would be gone. It is comfortable to wear and great to wear along with button up shirts.

Cheap and fine.
Cheap and fine. The quality is excellent seams straight. Nowhere is there a protruding thread. Jersey pleasant for the body. Beautiful t-shirts under his shirt. Were a bit large, but it before washing. I think that after washing a little sit-and will be even better. Happy with my purchase 100%. I recommend that you buy.

Perfect. I ended up buying these twice, months apart.
My boyfriend loves these shirts as an undershirt. He says they are a little tight but thats how he likes them. If they are too lose, it looks weird under his work polo's.He said that length of the shirt is perfect - its not too long (they dont stick out under the bottom of his shirts or sleeves like some other brands we've bought). Not too thick either, so he's not sweating like crazy with 2 shirts on.I bought the first bag in October and he loved them so much, we threw away all of the older ones he has in January and bought another bag of these. When these are worn out (his others of this brand lasted 2 years or so,) I'll be buying them again. Very happy with this purchase.

Drastic changes after a few washes
My purpose for ordering these was to use as undershirts for work. When these undershirts first arrived and I tried them on, they felt and fit great -- I almost ran to my computer to order more. After the first wash (cold water, low heat dry), they shrank and did not feel as soft. Now after 3 washes, they feel way too short and much less soft, they even feel as though they got thicker. A great undershirt, to me, must be thin enough to not make you hot, yet absorbent enough to prevent sweat stains, and a soft feel against your skin. These undershirts, after a couple washes, only meet criteria #2. Bottom line, going to try a different brand next time.TL;DR: Feel changes drastically after a couple washes, shrink and no longer soft. Would not buy again.

Great t-shirts. Will buy again
Fantastic price and fantastic t-shirts. Unusual but appreciated combination :)They are rather thin but works great as undershirts.I'm 6'2 and 220 and the L is perfect for me (a little big tight as an undershirt should be but not uncomfortable in any way).Length and quality are great.

Disappointing Later: Changed my mind
The large size is generous. The material is aboutthe thickness of a tissue. the shirt on the model isof a higher quality then the actual (in hand) product.I used to trust Fruit of the Loom, but their qualityhas been lowered to poor. I imagine it's from thepoor quality fabric they buy. the actual fabrication(sewing) is good, it's just so flimsy.NEW REVIEW: It's now 9/1/08 and these T-shirts have been washed many times. The more they are washed, the softerthey get. I'm wearing one now and I love it.
