Works pretty well. Needs a fast and powerful drill to work effectively though.

One of the reasons I wasn't going to purchase was due to the missing items some were mentioning. Mine came with all the items. It works very goodly. The velcro adheres well. The sanding discs are easy to change and adhere well and are of good quality. The pad doesn't screw off while using it (it might screw off if you stop your drill suddenly).Would buy this item again.
