Fair warning: I write how I speak. While it does not have actual HCG in it, it does work. I haven't tried this alone but I will say it works well with a plan or a regime. It tingles when you put it under your tongue and it taste odd going down but its a bearable taste. I have lost 15 pounds. You have to workout with it folks. For me, it was like a mind set, I knew when I took this, I couldn't eat or drink for 15 mins and that set me on the right path. Your not going to waste your money and keep eating the same way are you? Exactly. So it put me in the right frame of mind to make this work for me.I googled some of the ingredients, it does suppress your appetite, so I did notice I wasn't as hungry. It was shipped fast and it comes in the exact bottle you see with no meal plans. Yep, you heard me no meal plan. But the instructions are on the side of the bottle. 10-12 drops 3x a day. I tried to use the website listed on the bottle for help, but that's a no go. Google your own meal plan and develop what works for you. I know I did because who has goat cheese and quinoa on stand by. Some of the meal plans are absurd.Here is what I did. I did not take my calories down to 500 like the original hcg meal plans say. 500 is for extreme weight loss and you should see your doctor first to make sure your capable of doing that. You do not want to pass out from starvation. I lowered my calories down to 1000. I cut out the sugar (I mean candy), the juices, the sodas, the junk foods and the fast foods. I took the first drops, waited 15 mins then ate something small (ie. a lowfat yogurt, a banana, and a boiled egg) for breakfast if I was hungry. I loaded up on the water through the day (You must drink water) and healthy fruits (for my sugar cravings - tried to go cold turkey on the candy, gave me a headache, doc said eat fruit and it works like a charm) and nuts. Then I took the drops again at lunch time, then ate a small salad (half of grilled chicken, lots of veggies and low cal dressing, i like vinaigrette) or a prepacked lunch (always pack your lunch because you can control what you are eating, i know your coworkers got taco bell, but you can do this). I took it before dinner and then ate one plate of dinner (Portion control folks, always baked or grilled chicken or lean cuts of meat). And on the weekdays, I worked out at home with home workouts I found online or instagram. I also kept track of the calories using a app called my fitnesspal. It keeps you accountable. And on the weekends, I go to the gym and ride the bikes or walk on the treadmill. I am a mom of two so I have to find creative ways to work out. I also wear this sweat suit thats plastic that I got from 5 below to help me sweat more fyi.All and all, its a good product and if you work hard for what you want, you will get the results you desire. What works for me, may not work for you. So you should always consult a nutritionist and your doctor to see what works for you. And google, google google, do your research and find out what works for you.

This is my second purchase of this product. The original purchase was a blue bottle with clear liquid. I recently received a brown bottle with brown liquid., which also looks like little specks of particles in it. I am trying to reach out to the seller/maker; however the option is not available. It states to write a comment for Amazon. Not happy at all for what I receive, and the cost paid. I still tried the product to see if it works based on maybe changing the recipe, does not work. Previous product worked like a charm with losing 17 lbs in 2 weeks.

We chose to follow the HGC diet plan, 40 days, 500 calorie diet and using Fitbit to monitor our food intake not only on calories but all play big rolls. I looked up all of those and what a healthy person should have each day and used fit bit to stay within those numbers. We have lost 23 pounds in 35 days, we ran into plateau, and menstrual cycles which caused not weight loss and even gain and water weight gain all normal. To state a pound a day for how long they do not specify for their drops. I does only last so long and is up to you to do the rest. I feel it helped more with water weight after that it was all us.
