We bought this to go in our newly remodeled master bath. It's pretty and elegant and we can't wait to use it (so obviously I can't speak yet for its functionality or pressure). I imagine it works and feels just like any other rain shower head, just better because it's bigger. Our contractor had no issues installing any pieces.

Our contractor loved this unit. Very solidly made, and the fact that it came with the temperature regulator made it a really good deal (that part alone is about $100). She said the instructions were very clear, and installation was simple. I love the look, and love that you can run the shower head and handheld unit at the same time (so you can still have warm water spraying on you when you step out from under the shower to shampoo your hair!) The handheld unit swivels so it can spray at several levels. The only downside for me was that I expected the shower head could be easily raised and lowered to accommodate my much taller husband. Not so. The shower head is VERY heavy and needs to be tightened securely or it can swing down and bonk you in the head. So, if you are expecting to just give it a nudge to push it up or pull it down, it doesn't work that way (unless mine is faulty). All in all, love it!

Love it! I bought this weeks in advance for preparation of Feb 6th start for a complete bathroom remodel that just finished March 6th. Had some other work done throughout the house at the same time. According to my contractor, the cartridge did not work in the system. I contacted Sun Cleanse and they sent a replacement immediately. My contractor said it was a very nice system and easy to install once the replacement cartridge was received. Sun Cleanse customer support contacted me multiple times via email checking to see if the new cartridge worked, how the pressure was and if I was happy with my purchase. They responded quickly to my emails. Excellent customer service. Wish more businesses had that philosophy.I absolutely love the shower head! And the hand held is convenient too. I had a bench installed on the same wall so I need to buy a longer extension from the wall so the showerhead comes out further. Very happy with adding this rainhead system to my bathroom remodel. Replaced our daughters handheld shower head as they had an old one and this one is really nice. It’s stainless steel color so matches perfectly with the whole works. The pressure is ok but could do a bit better. Does have an option to switch the spray settings and really like that.

I am trying to find out how to fix the issue of the shower arm not being able to continue supporting the 12 shower head without leaking. It seems as is if the showerhead is too heavy and the arm keeps lowering and allowing leaks. Is this just an installation issue? I love the system, but it continues to leak after a few usages.

Love the large size of the adjustable shower head. Renovating my bathroom, the contractor said it was easy to use in my over 20 year old, original plumbing, shower. Really like having a handheld sidekick for when I need to sit on the shower bench and keep my balance. Good price and looks really great.

This is a very spa like experience with this rain shower. It actually sounds like rain and had enough pressure to get conditioner out of my hair. If the pressure is not enough, the hand held shower unit provides more power. I would highly recommend this product.

The rain shower does not have any adjustments for shower pattern. If you like being in the rain, then this is the one. The hand shower really puts out good pressure stream and it can be readily adjusted to increase or decrease, but no shower pattern selection. I like that both rain shower and handheld can be used simultaneously. The only drawback to the rain shower is that it drips for quite a while after all controls are turned off.
