I have to say very impressed with this head torch and can't believe I've survived so long without one.I'm working within construction and use it within my daily dutys to carry out inspections and for when entering dark areas.It fits over my hard hat and is so simple to use, Very effective because it frees up my hands to carry out tasks.I also use it when cycling to and from work and I fit it directly onto my head and then place a helmet over it.It has a zoom feature which creates a cross which is great when you wish to highlight an area or point something out.The lamp can be adjusted to various angles and best of all is its rechargeable.Would highly recommend.

Quite a heavy piece of kit to have on your head for a while, the part at the front isn't terribly well padded and leaves a bit of a gouge on your forehead, have added some sponge rubber to mitigate that. The light is very bright. I bought this for some DIY work so could see whilst doing some work under the floorboards and in dark corners. Only problem I have found with it is that the switch being on the light itself, is that you knock it easily which changes either the strength of the light or to the flashing strobe. Didn't come with any care instructions just this written on the side of the box - "WARNING - Attention the anode and cathode of the battery when putting it into the battery holder. Do not irradiate the eyes directly, as the brightness will harm the eyes. When the light falls in, please use new powerful batteries to replace the old ones. Please take put the battery when the torch will be no use for some time". Something lost in translation I am sure.Overall a good light, bit on the heavy side, just wish the switch was more protected

What an amazing head torch which was far better than I even imaginedI have a bike torch bu it really does not give much light but this 8000 lumens is like having a search light on my headLuckily it's fully adjustable with 3 ligbt setting and can be pointed either straight ahead or straight downwards with various stops between so it does not dazzle car driversIt holds its charge well and if its a powerful head torch you need to buy this torch as its fantastic value

This was brought as a gift. But I am told it lights up the whole fishing lake.I'm happy with how well it fits, and it doesn't kill the battery life.

The only thing that you could possibly complain about is that it's a little weighty - other than that this is a quality headlamp that I expect will last a long time.

I needed a light for DIY usage in the darker regions of my house. I have numerous floor-mounted lights but needed something that provided more personal illumination for doing electrical work in tight spaces where my body usually blocks the light from normal work lights.Since I have owned it I have found myself using it in preference to the floor-mounted lights. It does become uncomfortable after 20 minutes or so, but that can be sorted by using some padding under the light. I only wish the headband was a little larger, but I have a really big head!I have used it outside at night, but only for a few minutes at a time to take out the recycling and rubbish bags. I live somewhere with no street lighting and it is just as powerful as the led lights on my bicycle. If it was mounted to a helmet it would make a great second light for night riding.I've no idea how long the batteries will last as they have shown no signs of failing during my average usage time of 20-40 minutes.Great light.

Good and powerful light with long battery time only problem not comfortable to wear .after a wile starts to hurt your head .
